English: An American inspired pale ale with a beautiful white head. It’s amber coloured with a rich malt profile and generously hopped with Cascade and Centennial. The brewer has chosen to dry hop this unique IPA during the fermentation and the result must be experienced.

Clear amber beer, a thin white head. Good fruity and delicious aromas. Body is a bit watery, bitterness is gone. Left is the taste of yeast. This must have seen better days... Disgusting.

Bottled, from the backlog
Dark copper, beige head. Floral aroma, some citrus. Medium sweet, some malts. Medium bitter finish. Totally not of the boldest ipa’s out there

200612: Amber color with good off-white head. Fruity and malty aroma. Sweet american hoppy taste.

Hermod (8517) - Vantaa, FINLAND - APR 21, 2012
50cl bottle from Alko. Poured dark amber with a creamy, dirty white head. Aroma has pine, sweet malt, caramel. Flavor is more sweet malty with tropical fruity notes, melon and also some citrus. Medium bitterness. Long fruity hoppy finish. Good body, but I would have wanted more bitterness.

gunnar (9923) - Sandnes, NORWAY - APR 4, 2012
Bottle. Pours clear amber with a big frothy and spongy white head. Tropial fruit aroma with flowers as well. Taste is sweet fruity malty, sirupy mouthfeel, turns more bitter and dry, fruits and light burning alcohol, lingering peppery spicy hops. OK beer, not the most aggresive.

Habanero (4912) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK, DENMARK - MAR 18, 2012
UPDATED: APR 14, 2016 Pours hazy deep golden with a medium sized, off-white head there is short lasting. Nose with citrus and floral hops along with caramel and dried fruit notes. Sweet flavor with citrus and spicy hop bitterness and piney notes along with fruits and caramel. Medium bodied, creamy to oily texture and soft carbonation. Overall a nice IPA.

tmrmwel (2314) - Bergen, NORWAY - JAN 23, 2012
Bottle. Pours amber, with a nice creamy head. Aroma is really pleasant, with honey, tropical fruits and notes of orange. Flavour is tropical fruits, some roasted malts and cocoa and some orange peel bitterness.

Miksu (5052) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - DEC 15, 2011
0.5 l bottle from Alko. Slightly hazy deep amber. The aromas of pine, meat broth, toffee, dark caramel and nuts. Sweetish toffeish flavor with flowery hops, lemon, meat broth. More darkish malt than hops.

Kriegbaum (845) - Randers, DENMARK - DEC 14, 2011
Bottle of 50 cl. Hazy amber with a small off white head. Aroma of malt, hops, citrus and hints of dark fruit and a bit of alcohol. A little disappointing and simple in the taste of a beer from Midtfyns Brewery. Moderately bitter in taste and aftertaste

rosenbergh (11957) - Tampere, FINLAND - DEC 2, 2011
500 ml bottle. Finland.
Hazy dark amber colour with average size creamy off-white head. Bitter hoppy aroma with dark American hops with fresh citrusy hops. Some balancing maltiness. Flavour is like fruit/berry juice with some added hoppy bitterness. Quite peculiar. Not necessarily unsuccessful but not the best of IPA. Caramel malt and some sugary sweetness. Thinnish after all. Midtfyns likes the IPA on the maltier side.
