200612: Amber color with good off-white head. Fruity and malty aroma. Sweet american hoppy taste. Hermod (7881) - Vantaa, FINLAND - APR 21, 2012
50cl bottle from Alko. Poured dark amber with a creamy, dirty white head. Aroma has pine, sweet malt, caramel. Flavor is more sweet malty with tropical fruity notes, melon and also some citrus. Medium bitterness. Long fruity hoppy finish. Good body, but I would have wanted more bitterness. gunnar (9096) - Sandnes, NORWAY - APR 4, 2012
Bottle. Pours clear amber with a big frothy and spongy white head. Tropial fruit aroma with flowers as well. Taste is sweet fruity malty, sirupy mouthfeel, turns more bitter and dry, fruits and light burning alcohol, lingering peppery spicy hops. OK beer, not the most aggresive.

0.5 l bottle from Alko. Slightly hazy deep amber. The aromas of pine, meat broth, toffee, dark caramel and nuts. Sweetish toffeish flavor with flowery hops, lemon, meat broth. More darkish malt than hops. Kriegbaum (845) - Randers, DENMARK - DEC 14, 2011
Bottle of 50 cl. Hazy amber with a small off white head. Aroma of malt, hops, citrus and hints of dark fruit and a bit of alcohol. A little disappointing and simple in the taste of a beer from Midtfyns Brewery. Moderately bitter in taste and aftertaste rosenbergh (11532) - Tampere, FINLAND - DEC 2, 2011
500 ml bottle. Finland.Brandman (2950) - Helsinki, FINLAND - NOV 18, 2011
Hazy dark amber colour with average size creamy off-white head.
Bitter hoppy aroma with dark American hops with fresh citrusy hops. Some balancing maltiness. Flavour is like fruit/berry juice with some added hoppy bitterness. Quite peculiar. Not necessarily unsuccessful but not the best of IPA. Caramel malt and some sugary sweetness. Thinnish after all. Midtfyns likes the IPA on the maltier side.
Red amber body. White head. Malty caramel. Resin hops. Very nice bitter bite. Very intense happy aftertaste. Some cough syrupy flavour. Peppers. Cookie dough. tkrjukoff (4335) - SWEDEN - NOV 5, 2011
Bottle 50 cl, Alko Arkadia. Pours cloudy deep redish amber with a huge beige head leaving nice lacing. Aroma is vinous, malty, caramel and bready. Where are the hops? Flavor is, aaah, here are the hops, acidy, citric, a bit piny, caramel, malty and bready. Finishes acidy and malty. Too much malt and too little hops in my opinion.
