English: An American inspired pale ale with a beautiful white head. It’s amber coloured with a rich malt profile and generously hopped with Cascade and Centennial. The brewer has chosen to dry hop this unique IPA during the fermentation and the result must be experienced.

Copenhagen Beer Festival. Clear dark amber beer. Dry palate with soft edges. Not that hoppy an IPA, what there is is well balanced with malt. An ok if unspectacular IPA.

Clear amber with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, light spicy and rather hoppy - grapefruit. Flavor is medium sweet and rather bitter. Dry and bitter finish. The hops are balanced by a nice dose of malt. 080510

Bottle. Amber, cloudy, small and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, caramel, some fruitiness and faint hoppyness. Body is medium to full, malty and sweetish flavor, caramel and some fruitiness, faint hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and sweetish, caramel and fruitiness, some alcohol. Quite malty and sweetish IPA, alcohol in the finish dries up the sweetness. Too sweet (and too little hoppyness) for me. For those who like sweet DIPAs (may like this one).

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7.3%. Amber to brown colour, large off-white head. Fruity aroma, notes of marmalade, also malts and caramel. The flavour is malty and fairly sweet, some fruity hops, but not nearly as much as you expect in an American inspired IPA. Not unpleasant in any way, it’s just the "IPA" label that leaves you slightly disappointed. Hopheads should look to Midtfyns Double IPA in stead.

0.5l bottle. Pours a semi cloudy amber body with a small bubbly off-white head. Strong and fruity aroma with notes of grassy hops, peach, pineapple and. Medium to full-bodied with low carbonation and has a thick, oily and creamy texture. Nice and hopy tastes. Kinda sweet with a really solid malt-base. Ends fruity with a slightly lingering piny aftertaste. Perhaps a bit to sweet for my liking, but a decent IPA from Midtfyns this.

Pours dark orange with tiny head. Aroma is malty and fruity. Taste is quite sweet and malty. Not very hoppy, but enjoyable. Goes great with grilled food

Bottle from Vinmonopolet in Valkendorfsgate, Bergen. Pours a deep, nougat brown body with a bronze-orange hue. Medium, long-lasting light khaki head. Nose is pine, spruce, malts, hints of butterscotch and grass. Taste is mellow and balanced, with grassy hops, butterscotch, toffee and malts. Very malty this one, even for an East Coast-style IPA. Medium bitter finish, dominated by grass and hints of pine. Slightly oily palate. A nice IPA, although I prefer them more in the West Coast tradition with more assertive and fruity hops. Nevertheless, this is a pretty good beer.

500 ml bottle @ Olutravintola Pannuhuone. Rated @ 30.6.2010.
Pours a hazy amber colour with a frothy white head. Sweet hoppy aroma with notes of dry hops, fruits and citrus. Sweet malty flavour with caramel and a suprisingly mild hops. Medium bodied with a medium bitter finish. Nice IPA but it lacks hops.
