Draft at Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2013 - London. Pours clear gold with a mild, white foam head. The nose gives orange and light, pale bread. More pale bread in the flavor with faint citrus and hay as well. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with low bitterness, semi-ripe orange, vague bready malts. Nice, drinkable bitter. Slightly hazy amber, steady off-white head. Strawberry and caramel aroma. Light-bodied. Caramel, yeasty, some vegetables, light bitterness. Sweet and not bitter enough. StueyD (1585) - Heacham, Norfolk, ENGLAND - OCT 6, 2013
Mid reddish-orange coloured beer with a weak white head. A light aroma, some caramel malt to start then a hoppy orange citrus aroma. Dry mouthfeel. Bitter citrus fruit taste, orange and grapefruit plus a dry, slightly spicy maltiness.
Tasted from bottle at The Mariners, Lyme Regis, Dorset.

Bottle. Golden, red and orange with no head. Aromas are toffee with low spiced tangerine and light, peppery floral pine. Resinous lemon with earthy tea. Flavours are light pink grapefruit with dry, spiced tea and toffee. Red berries with a peppery finish. A nice light bodied session brew with some IPA character. Not an IPA then. Mid amber pour. Delicate malts and a faint hoppiness prevails.

Bottle. Amber, hazy, small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty and sweetish aroma, some caramel and light berry fruitiness, faint barnyard, light hoppyness. Body is light to medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, some caramel and light toffee, light berry fruitiness, light hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and sweetish, some caramel, light fruitiness and light hoppyness. Fruity bitter with caramel - too sweet/too much toffee. imdownthepub (14955) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 26, 2012
Bottled, 500ml from West Country Ales, Cheddar, Somerset. Amber with white head. Light and fragrant beer, sweetish yet sharp maltiness, quite fruity, some strawberry, some orange with just enough bite, then a fruity, citric hop, again just light. Easy drinking, nothing overpowering, not an IPA how the rest of the world would see it but a simple easy bitter. WeissGary (286) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - AUG 10, 2012
This is a nice beer! Pours a pale ruby red body with a decent white head. The aroma is very interesting; a cross between liquorish and caramel to my feeling! Nice soft experience throughout, very sessionable; front end quite a foamy welcoming experience followed by a warm wheat like taste with a strong caramel finish. Very enjoyable! downender (8729) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - APR 15, 2012
Bottle from Corks of Bristol. Amber with a slight, off-white head. Sweetish, orange, berry fruit and caramel aroma with some leafy hops. Malty flavour with sweet fruit and a decent, bitter finish. Good.
