COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Regular.

A traditional deep amber coloured bitter brewed with Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. The aroma is fruity and hoppy and on the palate; there is a slightly sweet maltiness that balances an easy going bitterness that is followed by hints of gooseberry, elderflower and grape in the finish.

Tap at the Upminster Taproom. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin whispy white head. The aroma is big tropical fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter with a mellow malt woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask. Light amber, slightly cloudy, still, small ring of white head. Aroma is malt, touch of tangerine sweetness. Body is light, smooth. Taste is light malt, soft bitterness. Astringency builds over time. Not much to describe really, but a drinkable bitter.

Cask at the Watford Beer Festival 2013. Poured a clear copper colour with a rocky white head. Malty aroma with notes of floral hops and hay. Flavours of gooseberry, raisins and grain. Grassy hops on the finish, balanced with chewy malt and caramel. Decent bitter.

August 23, 2013 - hand-pull cask at Wenlock Arms. Clear amber, smallish drool of head. Really old school fruity/ malty dry backbone with light floral slightly twiggy bitterness. Light body, watery in fact, still and quick finishing. Meh.

Cask conditioned handpump Three Cocks Kettering 12/02/13. A copper coloured beer with a white bubbly head and lace. Ccocnut, hedge, weetabix and caramel in this. Not a lot of hop flavour certainly not Nelson Sauvin. Fairly interesting and quite tasty but certainly odd.
