COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A very drinkable, high gravity, crisp and spicy rye IPA, hopped generously throughout the brew process and then dry-hopped with over a pound per barrel of Sterling and Chinook hops. Earthy and spicy notes from both the hops and the rye malt, complimented by the floral and piney aromatics.

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2018 Burk Bishops Örebro. Orangeaktig vätska. Doft av barr, liniment och citrus. I smak känns grape, örter, kåda och tallskott. Rejäl och djup beska

Burk hemma i Muris!!

Drank straight from one of the fancy cans you can take the whole top off, so no view, but cool idea. Aroma oxidized caramel malts and piney hops. Taste follows, a tad old and oxidized, but I can see it was ok at one time. Meh.

Sampled at GABF 2017 with Paul and Larry. Pours a clear golden amber body with thin white lace. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with notes of strong malt, dry wood and cutting alcohol.

Can from Liquor Market in Venice Beach on 15 October 2017. Enjoyed this beer while sitting on Venice Beach on a warm afternoon. Big and hoppy and quite chewy as well. Takes a bit to get through and leaves a resinous coating in the mouth.

Can. Spicy rye aroma with notes of pine resin and grapefruit citrus hops. Pours clear amber colored with a large tan head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with grapefruit citrus hop flavors with a bit of pine resin. Finishes very dry with spicy rye and bitter pine resiny hop bitterness that lingers on the palate. Pretty good, but quite bitter at the end.

Canned. Thx Jookos. Poured deep golden color with a thin white head. Sweet malty, hoppy, earthy aroma. Malty sweet, earthy, old hops. Quite ok, but shows some age.
