Can from Liquor Market in Venice Beach on 15 October 2017. Enjoyed this beer while sitting on Venice Beach on a warm afternoon. Big and hoppy and quite chewy as well. Takes a bit to get through and leaves a resinous coating in the mouth.

Can. Spicy rye aroma with notes of pine resin and grapefruit citrus hops. Pours clear amber colored with a large tan head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with grapefruit citrus hop flavors with a bit of pine resin. Finishes very dry with spicy rye and bitter pine resiny hop bitterness that lingers on the palate. Pretty good, but quite bitter at the end.

Keg halfpint at BrewDog Bar Castlegate, Aberdeen. Deep golden colour, white head. Hoppy / piney / fruity aroma. Smooth mouthfeel. Distinctly hoppy flavour, piney / resinous and grapefruity, with enough malts for balance. Bitter aftertaste. Good beer.

12 oz can. Pours hazy golden orange with a medium fluffy off white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is sweet caramel malt and fruit with floral rye hops.

The flavor is sweet caramel malt with fruit and rye and a piney hop finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and a bit watery.

Overall, a decent DIPA.

Can from Brewdog mail order. Big dry biscuit and rye bread aroma, some hoppiness. Pours deep clear amber/gold, thin white head. Huge dry bitter taste with some caramel in the back. But mainly bone dry bitterness. Great stuff.

Amber color with a fine tan head. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a fine carbonation level. Tad sweet and good bitterness to back it up. Complex flavor. Rye, dried fruits, bready, grapefruit hoppy and some pine in the flavor. A bit to bready and to much dried fruits to get a top score.
[Can from BottleShop: Bermondsey in London, England]
