Czarne. Piana zbita, jasno-brązowa. Piwo totalnie przykryte przez mocno palone słody, melasę oraz sporą dawkę kawy. Być może mam zrytą sensorykę, ale ja tutaj nie czuje "tony syropu klonowego" jak niektórzy opisują - a trochę piw z syropem klonowym już wypiłem. Reasumując syrop klonowy - na umiarkowanie-niskiem poziomie. Poza tym nuty gorzkiej czekolady, takie lekko do umiarkowanie popiołowych. Momentami, gdzieś tam w tle wyczuwalne ciemne, suszone owoce. ABV doskonale ukryty. Solidne piwo, ale w 100% nie trafia w mój gust. Już wolę wypić Jack + Coke by Lemmy Kilmister.

750ml bottle shared with brother, trade from Jonathan. Aroma: lots of maple syrup, coffee, molasses, boozy, light roastiness probably coming from the coffee,
light vanilla and bourbon. Alcohol is quite present. App: pitch black with minimal mocha frothy head leaving amazing lacing. Taste and palate: full body, syrupy, high sweetness, soft carbonation, roasted bitter finish. Overall: I wasn't sure at first but the more I drink it the more I like it. 750ml bottle @ Matt's. Pours an opaque black with a small brown head. Nose is upfront tons of maple syrup with a light coffee note. Flavour is potent, mayple syrup isn't as prominent upfront, burnt sugar, honeycomb toffee, which then lends way to roasted espresso beans. Dark brown. Pours quite inky, with no head. Nice and oily. The aroma has a lot of coffee and dark burnt molassesy sugars. Sweet. Lots of maple, lots of coffee, has a lot of malt. There's a fair bit of bitterness and alcohol. The finish showcases both the maple syrup and the alcohol, but the very end of the aftertaste is coffee. Bottle - Sweet Syrupy dark roast. Jet dark brown with a small brown head. Dark sweet roast. Over the top, but a surprising balance because of the bitterness. Nice.

750mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of maple syrup upfront, followed by coffee, and light cocoa. Flavour is intense, with shitloads of maple syrup upfront, followed by lots of fresh roasted espresso beans, and a touch of vanilla. You'd think this was sweet from the description, but there is a nicely cutting bitterness than balances out the sweetness well. Sampled at 777th Criderfest in a Willybecher glass, it poured an opaque black with thin but persistent beige foam, a little lace. Roasty stout traits plus hint of maple, intense fruity coffee aroma and flavour. Full bodied, creamy mouthfeel, low carbonation, lingering coffee stout aftertastes.
