Solid example of an APA. Little more malt driven than hop driven but nicely balanced. Good length of flavours and had to keep reminding myself that this wasn’t a DIPA. DylansDad (659) - North Shore, Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - APR 16, 2013
For a description, the previous two posters have nailed it. This beer can certainly hold its head up in the world of APAs, it has all the essential elements, although, a minor peeve, I did find the flavour profile a bit ’scooped’; there was good bass and treble but the mids felt just a little overlooked. Anyway, I’ll be buying this one again before the month is out, that I can guarantee. It is a very good beer.
