Didn’t really enjoy this. The bitterness just hits you there is nothing much to it besides that IBU!

Casper0904 (568) - DENMARK - SEP 9, 2017
Doesn´t taste of much. Like so many other boring pale ales on the market in Denmark.

Lubiere (14262) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 14, 2016
A hazed amber ale with a thick collapsing lacing mocha head. In aroma, loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, herbaceous and pungent. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with loads of citrusy resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and resilient, still good after a few years. Bièropholie imports.

keg at craft clerkenwell, december 2012
quite thin bodied, lemon peel, moderate carbonation, super pithy, dry

From the very old notes, hence this is not a real rating, but more just a mark to myself that I have tried this at one point. Very bitter and very hoppy, not really drinkable, but didn’t mind it as an experiment.

12 oz bottle poured into a tulip. Popped the cap and it was an instant gusher. Clear amber with off-white head. Aromas of toasty notes, citrus, resin. Tastes of bitter citrus, toasty notes, bland biscuit. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Mostly just bitter and bland.

LoganL166 (31) - Iowa, USA - DEC 19, 2014
Bottle poured into a snifter. Really curious how old this beer is, awful aroma with a pretty decent looking pour and head. Taste is awful, can’t get past anything beside the huge bitterness. Really trying to pick up some flavors but just keep subjecting myself to a wrecked palate and a bitterness that won’t go away.

radiomgb (2686) - Peterborough, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 7, 2014
Clear copper, thin off-white head, light lacing. Aroma is of pine, citrus, caramel. Flavour is crazy hoppy, bitter, citrus and caramel. Very bitter mouthfeel, light body, mild carbonation. Finishes hoppy, very hoppy. This is crazy hoppy, very long finish.

nuplastikk (6514) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 28, 2014
Tap at Ei8ht Ball. Lasting resinous hop action. Clean body, but big resin. "Old School" NW piny resinous tones. No tropical "New School" tones. Quite nice, unique. Clean, balanced.

"BA and RB say this is retired, but it’s new on the shelves here (though it definitely did not seem all too fresh). Really a pointless brew, and this coming from someone who liked the 1000 ibu and 1000 ibu light Mikkeller has put out, rating them 3.9 and 3.6. This, though had a bland flavor followed up by an unpleasant bitterness. For $5.99, a waste. From my favorite foreign brewery this was a letdown."
