Bottle. Pours a hazy brown color with minimal head. 1000 IBU and wrapped in paper. An interesting visual novelty that definitely caught my eye. Flavor is initially very sweet, notes of candi sugars and ripe fruits. Hops are definitely prominent, but not as cloying as I imagined. Very smooth, seriously resinous with heavy notes of citrus. Alcohol is well hidden with just a hint of warmth at the back end. Tasty easy drinking DIPA.

Medium/heavy aroma of malts, caramel, orange, tropical fruit, pine, hops, citrus and grapefruit.
Opaque orange/brown beer with heavy yeast and with a medium beige head.
Starts medium sweet with malts, caramel, orange, topical fruit and pine; ends heavy bitter and medium dry with hops, citrus and grapefruit.
This beer is intense, complex and balanced. That is an insane amount of bitterness, holy fuck. Amazingly sweet start with a perfect grapefruit flavour at the end. Palate could have been a 5, but it is slightly too bitter for that. Great aroma and appearance as well.
330ml bottle. Pours a dark hazy amber brown colour with a huge frothy beige head, an absolute shitload of sediment floating around. Aroma: resin and pine, citrus, malt, caramel, toffee. Taste: strong pine and resin, citrus, malt, alcohol, there is a slight alcohol burn. Initially sweet it finishes incredibly bitter, obviously, and it lingers for a long long time afterwards. Thick full body, soft carbonation, smooth mouthfeel, sticky. Interesting experiment but in terms of drinkability its pretty poor, wouldnt want it again as it just destroys the palate, bit of a struggle to enjoy.indrekr (527) - ESTONIA - MAY 12, 2017

Aroma: pine and grapefruit. Appearannce: brown with a dark orange tone, hazy. Taste is amazing - slightly sweet and malty at start with an amazing bitternes in the aftertaste. Pretty bitter, but bitternes is amazing and very well balanced. One of the best beers I have ever tasted.

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Potężna słodowość i chmielowość. Intensywne nuty żywiczne i sosnowe, karmelowo-miodowo-biszkoptowa słodowość. Potężna, ale nie jakoś bardzo zalegająca goryczka. ryanhunter_4 (283) - Strathmore, Alberta, CANADA - APR 2, 2017
341 ml bottle poured at home. Pours cloudy reddish brown with a creamy off white head and a ton of sediment. Smells like citrus, malt and toffee. Taste is supremely bitter. No more than one thank you.

Color ambar oscuro corona de espuma blanca, aromas bastante resinosos seguido de notas herbales, el sabor es resinoso, con un final amargo seco, cuerpo denso. teamrunkle (381) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - FEB 28, 2017
I like high IBU beers but this one was just ok. A little over the top. Matly. Toffee. Something to sip. fidgetymidget (244) - Warsaw, POLAND - FEB 26, 2017
Bardzo silne cytrusy momentami idące w płyn do mycia naczyń i trochę karmelu. Z czasem pojawia się wanilia, która momentalnie dominuje aromat. Bardzo ciekawa sprawa. Goryczka średnio-wysoka. Bardzo ciekawe
