Bottle, april 30th 2015. You cant winem all and this one is an example of a promising colab that just didnt work out. It starts nice with a welcoming amber body with a tanned head. Aroma is strong alcoholic with orange jam and wood. Taste is very sweet and boozy, some marmelade and honey, low bitterness. It might be Grand Marnier barrelling that just isnt my thing, but Id love to see this balanced up a bit with some bitterness and acidity.

Bottle from Mikkeller Beer Shop. Hazy amber red with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, red wine, wood and sour fruit. Flavor is quite sweet, rather bitter and moderate acidic. Dry, moderate bitter and moderate acidic finish with warming alcohol. 280615

Bottle from Bierkompass, bought in March 2014. A bit hazy reddish/amber with a small head. Aroma of vinegar, alcohol, orange, wood and some funk. Similar taste. The mouthfeel was creamy. The finish was dryish. A good one.

@ Gyllenbock 15-3-23: ganska potent doft. Smaken är fint balanserad med söta fattoner, apelsin och lite vinäger. Fin fyllighet. Gott. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone ---- Soberness not garanteed!

Bottle. Hazy orange in color with an off-white head. Notes of orange peel, vanilla (wood), dried fruits and little bit of balsamic notes in aroma. Malty sweet notes in taste at first, some dried fruits and bit of orange marmalade in taste. Sweet and boozy finish. Original in a way, but not something I would have on a regular basis.

Benzai (15125) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - AUG 19, 2014
Bottle @ home shared by Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah. Clear dark orange or light reddish color, medium to full off-white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is malts, rich deep wood, red fruit, liquor. Taste malts, oranges come trough way stronger than I had expected, alcohol, again strongly wood, quite strongly liquor, quite sweet. A bit too much oranges and sweetness for my liking. Great aroma, but the taste does not really do it for me.
