Tap. Hazy dark gold. Medium head, average retention. Aroma intensity 2.75/5. Cut grass and dry herbs in the nose, notes of citrus. Heavy bitter. Pleasant bready finish. Spot on carbonation. Some thickness in the texture. Light to medium body

Tap at Erzbierschof Bern. Pours cloudy yellow with a big smooth head. Aroma is yeasty, citric hops, grassy hops. Body is light, very bitter throughout, soft carbonation and only a little sweetness. Smooth texture. Palate is dry with little hop flavours. Good, but nothing spectacular.

33cl bottle at home from De Caigny, Belgium. Nose is fruity, malty, rubber. Body is clear golden orange, head is big, white, creamy, medium lasting, excellent lacing. Aroma is malty, leaves. Medium sweet, light bitter. Finish is long lasting hoppy medium to heavy bitter. Light body, slick texture, medium carbonation. Easy, refreshing, simple, good hoppy, nice one.

Clear golden amber color, medium white head. Nice citrus aroma on a background of flowers. Taste is citrus and caramel.

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Lekki, bardzo pijalny, orzeźwiający lager o czystym, chmielowym profilu. Aromatu mogłaby mu pozazdrościć niejedna APA.

500ml can. Pours clear golden with a one-finger thick frothy white head, great retention, lovely lacing too - one of the best looking lagers I’ve ever had. Mild fruity grassy peachy hop aroma. Taste is much the same, fruity hop flavours, grassy, grainy malts, pine, light bitter finish. Medium bodied, oily texture. Great lager.

500ml can into shaker. Nose is earthy hops and distant acidic fruit, a little pepper. Pours a cloudy golden amber with a towering crown of white foam. Medium carbonation. Cleansing clean mouthfeel and taste leads to a fresh cashew finish with some very late earthy hops and herbs. It’s nice and certainly easy-drinking.

Bottle from saveur-biere.com. Pours hazy orange. Nose is citrus, apricot, tropical fruit. Palate is fruity and bitter, tastes very IPA-y through and through. you just can’t put more and exotic hops in to a pale Lager and make it a better lager. This is a meh IPA.

panzerwolf (353) - FINLAND - MAR 19, 2017
A taste of hops along with hay and pine. Bitter tone and some carbonation. Overall a pleasant, unintrusive beer to drink, but not a too boring typical lager, either.
