UPDATED: DEC 25, 2013 My beer of the year 2012. Bottle. Lager? Never even thought about it. I was surfin the weeb and enjoying the malt and the hops. Absolutely stunning! Cloudy amber. Nice white head with rings of heavy lace all down the glass. Soft floral hop aroma with a tinge of citrus. Flavour of citrus and delicious malt. Strong body and flavour for 4.6%. If this was affordable and in 6 packs or on tap at my local it might be my favourite daily beer. Big flavour and sessionable.

behöver hällas upp i glas, lite vass annars. ett av de få flaskölen som vinner på att drickas ur glas. Slående lik fatvarianten då!

Tap @ Cardinal. One of the greatest lagers i’ve tried. It’s an interesting lager which smells and looks like a pale ale. Maybe a little paler in color. Pours a small white head and is pale golden in color. Tastes of moderate citrus hops. Tried this beer with a group of beer-people, and everybody was surprised that it’s a lager, or an lager fermented beer. Refreshing and smooth. This would be perfect for a day in the sun!

Absolutely fabulous. American yeast and hops do their trick to produce a deep and balanced delight

Aroma of grapefruit and citrus. The taste is similar. Their is just enought malt to back up all the hops. Very nice! The best lager beer in the world?

Bottle from Magasin, Kgs Nytorv. Pours deep golden with no significant head. Very complex fruity taste, citrus, pine. Very long bitter after-taste. High hoppy for a lager, but not as bitter as one would think.

Hints of pumpkin on the nose, hints of orange and grass on the tongue. Great aftertaste and overall a top notch pilsner.

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2012 Bottle from Mane Liquor. HOT DAMN! This is is freakin unreal. This can’t be a lager. I think I’m dreaming and I’m not even american - awesome pun. Some of the best lacing I’ve seen to date. Perfect opaque orange with a perfect, dense and fluffy white head. Nose is subtle yet complex. Perfect balance of stone fruits and citric fruits with a touch of melon and floral tones behind it all. Soft caramel at the forefront of the taste with stone fruits and grassy undertones on the finish. Long, soft bitterness and carbonation on the palate. Purely amazing beer. If I had to choose a beer to drink for the rest of my life, this would be it
