UPDATED: JUN 22, 2012 Growler from Mane Liquor. Pours chestnut brown with a small, light khaki head. Nose shows deep, bitter coffee balanced out by subtle vanilla. Simple but very nice and appealing. Burnt, ashy malts profile the taste with loads of bitter sweet coffee, all the while balanced. Subtle vanilla helps even it out. Goes down very easily. Palate is perfect. Not too thin or too thick. Perfect carbonation to add to the drinkability here. Very well made beer faroeviking (11220) - Chupando chellas es como ellas, FAROE ISLANDS - MAY 7, 2011

Pours a pitch black colour with a beige head. Aroma of extremely strong, dark, roasted coffee - very delicious. Flavour of strong roasted malts, dark coffee, milk chocolate and vanilla. Full bodied, very smooth mouthfeel and a long, mouth-drying coffee finish with loads of roastiness. I’m a coffee addict and this was just excellent.

Tap @ Beer Temple. Pours pitch black with a great creamy brown head leaving lots of lace. Aroma is lots of coffee, roasted malts, chocolate, dark fruits, a bit fruity and bready. Flavor is velvety lean, has some vanilla tones, acidy, ashy and pretty much like the the aroma. Finisges with a great roasted longlived bitter aftertaste.
