Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy nice brett aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Barrel and brett very present. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice.

Medium brown with an amber hue. Aromas of funk, citrus, gin. The Chardonnay shines in the taste along with bubblegum a hop bitterness. Good stuff.

Tap at Mikkeller Bar, february 13th 2014. Dark brown body, beige head. Aroma of wood, vanilla, grapes. Dry vineous taste of grapes with spices, caramel and red fruits. Nice hint of barrelling without being extreme. Enjoyable spicy and fruity aftertaste.

Draught. Dark amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour f fruit, malt, oak, vanilla, yeast and spicy notes.

On tap at Beer Temple. Slightly hazy orange colour, off-white head. Aroma of Brett funk, soft sweet red wine, oak, vanilla, wood. Flavour is medium-sweet, light malty, Bretty funk, light salty, sweet oak, vanilla, red wine, wood, bitter finish, light floral. Medium-bodied. Of the 4 barrel treatments, this was the best, with the barrel showing the most of it’s character.

Poured light reddish amber with a frothy tan head. Aroma of vanilla sweetness, dark fruit. Medium body, flavour is quite musty and yeasty, fruity. Dry, bitter sweet finish.

Draft at Beer Temple. Pours cleat amber with a medium cream head. Aroma of light fruits, oak, light grapes, Brett. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Over Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at the BeerTemple. Clear deep gold pour with foamy white head. Aroma is bretty, winey, the most identifiable winey aromas of the lot. Taste is much more mellow than the others, light fruity grape flavors, citrusy with light brettiness. Palate is dry, med bodied with med carbonation. My favourite I think.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade. Pours clear dark copper with a small, frothy, off-white film head. Aroma has green grapes, apple, light oak, soft funk, mild caramel. Medium to low carbonation, fine dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is fairly mild, caramel, leather, soft funk, tartish grapes. A bit mild in aftertaste. Good if kinda shortlived experience.
