UPDATED: FEB 8, 2010 Bottle 25 cl. Slightly hazy amber with a small off-white head. Intense smoky aroma of burned plastic and phenols. Solid body, sweet caramel and massive smoked notes of burned plastic. Not much bitterness but a solid alcohol burn. 300809 Guerde (1297) - Leuven, BELGIUM - AUG 21, 2009
(bottle, thanks Marsiblursi!) Pours a muddy amber with a bit of an off-white head. Aroma is strong and unique. As OSLO said there’s a big scent of smoked honey ham and I could smell the scent of rubber too, but the most prominent scent was that of Lapsang Souchang. Being a fan of that particular tea, I’ve gotta bump up the score a bit. The taste is also strong of smoked and glazed honey ham, with a nice interaction between the smoky and sweet flavors. Finish lingers with more smoke and a hint of oak. This was quite an interesting beer, and I liked it the more I drank it. Thanks again, Marsiblursi! sthlm (790) - Blank, Alabama, USA - AUG 10, 2009
[Bottle, thanks Marsiblursi!] Pours hazy dark amber with a tiny off-white head. Aroma just explodes out of the glass. Smoked honey ham, rubber that is new from the factory, and some herbal notes. Smoked honey ham in the taste again, with a good amount of malt present as well. Good mouthfeel, very smooth, and has a decent finish that isn’t as smokey as I thought it would be. The aroma is the weak point of this, but overall this was a very unique beer. Thanks again, Marsiblursi! Madsnp (933) - DENMARK - JUL 14, 2009
Bottle. Thanks ChristianScheffel. Pours dark amber coloured with a nice lasting off white head. Aromas of smoked salami, vanilla and hops. Smooth and oily texture. Malty flavour with notes of honey, smoke and bitter hops. anders37 (26251) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JUL 8, 2009

Nip. Thanks, Thewolf and after4ever! Pours hazy dark copper with a lacy off-white head. Smoke covered caramel aroma. Medium body and light carbonation. Toffee, raisin and vanilla taste that melts into a smoky finish. Nice! Defreni (3154) - Husum, DENMARK - MAY 24, 2009
Interessant og speciel øl. diabel (1706) - Aarschot, BELGIUM - MAY 14, 2009
Bottle Amber to copper, deep brown body. Off-white head. Aroma of smoke, wine, red port, hints of smoked bacon, barrels, grapes, caramel malts, fenols and 4VG. Quite nice aroma, at first I thought it to be very smokey, but it is actually quite complex, also due to barel aging. Heavily (bit harsh) bitter, lightly sweet flavour. Fully bodied, averagily carbonated. Combines mellowness of barel aging very good with the smked malts. Quite nice beer. kappldav123 (6097) - GERMANY - MAY 1, 2009
The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Nice head, modest turbid. The beer starts strong-malty, also very smoky, notes of bacon, raisins and plums. A bit yeasty. Well balanced, warming finish, a little bit alcoholic. Very good! Thanks yespr for this bottle!
