Pours big, thick and black with brown head. The aroma is not as powerful as you’d expect and the different tones is swallowed in coffee. The taste though, is more complicated, leaving the coffee on the side to provide bittterness and body. Instead it leaves traces of flowery sweetness and liquorice. Super body throughout. Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2006.
Pitch black with a nice cappucinocoloured head. The aroma is dominated by coffee obviously, but also with notes of chocolate, roses and a faint hint of liquorice. Medium to full body with good bitterness in the finish. I like this one better than the bottled version.

[Draught at Købehavnske Øldage] Very black, creamy brown head. Dryish with creamy soft mouthfeel. Notes of tobacco, but coffee dominates. Very roasty. Long salty bitter finish. ThomasE (5174) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 18, 2006
Black colour with a big brown head. Lovely roasted malty aroma with some coffe bitterness and a solid hoppy note. Roasted malty flavor with a good coffee bitterness and a balanced chocolate sweetness and light hoppy note. Not as full bodied as the bottled version, but still a very nice beer. Draught at Ølbaren. Black colour with a big brown head. Roasted, coffee, chocolate, hop aroma and a dry roasted, coffee, chocolate hoppy taste. Medium body with a dry roasted coffee finish. I liked the bottled version better, but this is still one great breakfast!

Black colour. Creamy brown-ish head. Nice aroma, thouh not as pronounced as expected, light coffee notes. Good on you MIkkeller, this is coffee balance, unlike the yuk-y Meantime Coffee. Big flavour, notes of licorice, light coffee. Pretty big bitterness, though gentle. Long flavour.
On tap at Ølbaren. Black in colour with a brown head. Nice sweetness and also nice and roasted. Hints of coffee and chocolate. On the other hand it has a very hoppy feel. sunevdj (4087) - Copenhagen OE, DENMARK - MAY 7, 2006
On tap @ Ølbaren. Pours black with a dark tanned head. Medium sweetness with a hint of sourness. Aromas of roasted malts, coffee and some dark chocolate. Soflty carbonated. Very full bodied. Nice relatively strong hop profile.
