Tap @ BBF. Dark color, medium head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolat, brett sourness, fruity port wine. Bitter taste, brett sourness, combined with port wine fruityness and coffee and roasted malt. Somewhat strange combination, but quite enjoyable. Ober (2814) - Bommelerwaard, NETHERLANDS - NOV 5, 2009
Tap @ 1ste Borefts. A black colored beer, with a little beige head. The aroma is some sweet with dark fruits and porto and a little chocolate. The taste is dy bitter, with wood and tones of porto. Some chocolate and hints of alcohol.
the aftertaste is bittersweet with wood and porto. ggaughan (100) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, LUXEMBOURG - NOV 4, 2009
On tap at the 1st BBF at De Molen. Beer poured a dense black body with a biege head, large bubbles. Nose is very port strong. Also coffee notes as well. Taste is very complex with a brett character up front but a strong port character as well and a coffee and chocolate taste to balance out this beer very well. On tap at Borefts Bier Festival, De Molen. Black colour, no head. Aroma of whisky, grapes, leather, ground coffee, light sourness. Flavour is some port, grapes, lots of boozy whisky, coffee, liquorice root and in the finish a good deal of sourness and bitterness. Medium to fullbodied. Flavours go everywhere without much balance or coherence, but this is a nice and most interesting experiment. joergen (28720) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 3, 2009

Tap @ 1st BBF De Molen. Dark chocolate and mocha in the aroma, with some onion and leathery notes. Roasty oily bitter flavor with coffee and some bretty sourness. Leather, citrus, horseblanket. Couldn’t find any traces of port, and the balance is somewhat questionable. Still I liked this beer.
