Dedollewaitor (16158) - Odense, DENMARK - MAY 20, 2010
Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours pitch black with no head. Soy, roast, chocolate, coffee, raspberries and alcohol. Very vinous and oily. Quite complex in both aroma and flavor. Nice

skortila (5852) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - MAY 20, 2010
On tap @ Mikkeller bar. The aroma has booze, tea, cherries, little chocolate. Black coloured beer with a small brown lace. The taste has some bitter malts, little roast, chocolate, oak, booze, cherry fruitiness. Smooth beer, pleasant beer.

OleR (4804) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 19, 2010
From [email protected] Bar. A layer of thick ruddy-brown head, over an opaque, sinfully black body. Solventy alcohol up front, followed by a strong scent of wood and roastedeness. Raspberries is noticeable, but well hidden. Big, thick malt body with bitter coffee, hard roasted dark malts, lots of wood. Quite vinous. The berries is more prononced in the flavor, tangy with a sourish accent. Oily, almost greasy texture. Complex finish. A demanding one, packed with aromas and flavors.

JensenTaster (1719) - DENMARK - MAY 17, 2010
Tap @ Mikkeller Bar.Pitch black, dark brown trim, small beige head. Daaaark malts, wood, some peach and molded leafs, so much for a knock out aroma. Very oily mouth, loas of roast and coffe. Amazingly the palate gets a sublime balance from the raspberries; gives it that lighter note and tart fruityness, to lift this stout intothe next world.

Sour & raspberries - otherwise an imperial stout. Great combination! Thick, but fresh. No too bitter. Purchased at Mikkellers Bar.

caesar (7133) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - MAY 16, 2010
Tap @ Copenhagen ’10. Dark color, short head. Aroma of sherry, booze, roasted malt, chocolat. Fruity raspberry note added. Crazy names by crazy danes, but it’s damn tasty!

[email protected] Bar. Pitch black colour, small bubbly brown head. Aroma is raspberries, roasted malts, some wooden barrel, mildly roasted, but also liquorice, vanilla and some mild alcohol. Flavour is quite similar with the alcohol being a bit more aggressive than it was in the aroma. Yet a rather nicely balanced brew.

fonefan (49293) - VestJylland, DENMARK - MAY 13, 2010

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade 8BC, kld., DK-1655 Copenhagen, Denmark.

Clear dark black color with virtually none head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, smoke, tar, wood, raspberry, also some ripe dark cherries. Flavor is heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is flat. [20100506]

NoiZe (2323) - Zeist, NETHERLANDS - MAY 13, 2010
Tap @ Mikkeller bar. Black colored brew. Aroma is sherry and cherries. Flavor is sherry, some cherries in the aftertaste. Thin.

2.5
gunnar (9091) - Sandnes, NORWAY - MAY 12, 2010
On tap @ Mikkelers bar, Copenhagen. Pours deep black, with no head at all. Strong alcoholic aroma, fusels and even something unpleasant as aceton, and some woody tones. Taste is fortunately slightly better, more mellow, brown candy sugar aftertaste. Some ripe deep red cherries as well. Nice beer, but the aroma almost kills this beer for me.
