Tap @ Mikkeller Bar.Pitch black, dark brown trim, small beige head. Daaaark malts, wood, some peach and molded leafs, so much for a knock out aroma. Very oily mouth, loas of roast and coffe. Amazingly the palate gets a sublime balance from the raspberries; gives it that lighter note and tart fruityness, to lift this stout intothe next world. omhper (25948) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAY 10, 2010
Draught at Mikkeller, Copenhagen. Really black, no head. Oaky vanilla dominates the nose with raspberries just behind. Sweet and full bodied. The raspberry and vanilla hides tar, chocolate and coffee. Dense and heavy, intense and somewhat vinous with warming finish. Works surprisingly well. skortila (6009) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - MAY 20, 2010

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade 8BC, kld., DK-1655 Copenhagen, Denmark.
Clear dark black color with virtually none head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, smoke, tar, wood, raspberry, also some ripe dark cherries. Flavor is heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is flat.
Tap @ Copenhagen ’10. Dark color, short head. Aroma of sherry, booze, roasted malt, chocolat. Fruity raspberry note added. Crazy names by crazy danes, but it’s damn tasty! Anker (723) - Hillerød, DENMARK - JUN 17, 2010
Tap at Mikkeller bar.
Pours black with a dense brown head.
Aroma is alcohol, roasted malt, wood, liquorice, coffee and raspberries.
The flavour is dominated by liquorice and chocolate with notes of caramel, wood, roasted malt, raspberries and a faintly bitterness.
It could be better balanced but its nicely full bodied and the after taste ends very delicious "dark" and raspberries like. Beer5000 (6821) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUN 27, 2010

Mikkeller bar. Black with a thin film of rust-red foam. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and sweet matured raspberry. Flavor is sweet malt, alcohol, fruity raspberry, a bit acidic with a bitter finish. Quite hot, balanced, heavy and really nice.
On tap at Mikkeller. An oily pours gives a black beer topped by a minimal tan head. Woody, roasted nose, vinous, with raspberry notes. The flavor is roasted, with dark chocolate, raspberry and a quite evident influence from the barrel. Full-bodied and warming, with lots of raspberry flavors in the lasting finish. A wonderful beer, but I would like less raspberry flavor, especially in the end. 100506
