COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly brewed by Mikkeller at Nøgne Ø, Norway, now at Lervig, Norway.
This imperial Oatmeal stout is brewed with one of the world’s most expensive coffees, made from droppings of weasel-like civetcats. The fussy Southeast Asian animals only eat the best and ripest coffee berries.Enzymes in their digestive system help to break down the bean. Workers collect the bean-containing droppings for Civet or Weasel Coffee. The exceedingly rare Civet Coffee has a strong taste and an even stronger aroma.
Ingredients : Water, malts, hops, yeast and Vietnamese ca phe chon coffee.

A saber cuánto tiempo lleva embotellada. Ligeramente dulce con gran sensación alcohólica. No está mal, pero supongo que está lejos de la cerveza original.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2018 Dark pour, dark brown head. Aroma is coffee, sweet malts, chocolate. Taste is coffee up front, quite a bit, sweet finish. Slick palate. Very well done.

Dark brown color with mocha head. Aroma has sweet coffee and dark chocolate with some dark fruit notes on top. Taste has nice roasted malt notes with dark chocolate and coffee but there is almost no bitterness, just a bit on the finish. Medium plus body, soft carbonation. A really well balanced and easy drinking imperial stout with well hidden ABV.

Pours black with a thin tan head. Aroma of roasted malt and a bit of coffee. flavor is a nice mix of roasted malt , coffee and maybe a bit of chocolate. Overall really good I like the blend easy to drink maybe a little bit of an aftertaste but that's okay.

Good golly miss molly! Jeeper creepers, some kind of stout this is! Deep port-like brew with hints of chocolate, caramel and coffee, but very fluent all of it. You cannot miss this one for sure. Better than their breakfast serving and one of Mikkeller's best.
