Clear light dark red - orange amber color with a small large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is light heavy malty, caramel, wood - toabacco, red wine barrel wood, light moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, wood, toabacco, dry, grape notes. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is flat to soft, fnish feel is light to moderate alcoholic.
375ml, pours with a uncharacteristic white head, hints of grape and dark fruits on the aroma, lots of wine influence. A bit sweet on the front end and ends very earthy and dry. Not quite as much wine influence as I’d like or expect. drowland (8829) - Georgia, USA - MAY 1, 2011
4/30/11. 375mL bottle courtesy mlunger12. Cloudy reddish pour with a small tan head that forms a ring and sticks. Huge aroma of alcohol, oak, vanilla, butter, and a hint of dark tannins. Sweet flavor upfront with awesome oak character - oak, vanilla, butter, coconut, and more. Way better flavor than aroma. Nice! thewolf (12631) - Kolding, DENMARK - MAY 8, 2011

Clear dark amber pour with no real head. Just a thin beige film. Fat malty caramel aroma, oaky, good red wine notes, vinious, grapes, red currants. Medium carbonation, dry, light oily and frankly fairly light mouthfeel. Which is quite impressive for the ABV. Flavour is caramel sweet, a bit of toffee, mildly toasted, some light notes of milky chocolate, vinious, red currants, oaky and quite dry. Light tannin notes and the red wine is quite apparent, really. Almost coating in mouth in the finish. Very lovely.
Honey, grapes, oak, toffee and liquor like sweetness on the nose. Caramel, syrup, toffee, kalakukko (herring baked in rye bread), calvados sweetness, date and sweet white whine on the taste. The sweetness goes a bit overboard probably due to high alcohol percentage, but still highly enjoyable.

Bottle opened at my "Massive Mikkeller" tasting. Opened right next to the regular Big Worse. This one, in comparison, had a nice peppery spice aroma mixed with the boozy maltyness. Took me a while to get around to landing this one but I’m happy I finally got it ticked.
