Bottle from Healthy Spirits (via joshuahfl). Pours hazy gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is deeply warming alcohol with something like persimmon notes. Full bodied. Theres a lot of caramel, moderate heat. Otherwise flavor is candied fruit. Would be interesting to see how this aged, but sadly this is my only bottle!

Christian (13578) - Odense, DENMARK - JAN 22, 2010
Red amber with a small but lasting off-white head. The aroma has fruity peach and tangerine, some sherry notes, and vineous alcohol, bordering ever so slightly on paint thinner. Fruit and sherry in the flavour too, with a sugary sweetness. Big fruity hops at work to cover the alcohol, but doesnt quite succeed.
