BF 2011. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is quite much Black Hole with some mild notes of stronger spirits. Flavour is alcohol, some mild liquorice and fruits along with the "standard" Black hole notes. A bit too boozy for my tastes.
Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Very black, small head. Some fruity booziness joins licorice in the nose. Really full bodied with edges that are softened by the boozy tequila. Long saty bitterness. The tequila seems to add an mellowing, arousing booziness that is actually really pleasant. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 26, 2011
On tap. Pours a pitch black with a creamy and lacing brown head. Very interesting aroma, tart and juicy atop the heavy hard roast malts. Solid body, sweet hard roast, quite some vanilla, very, very sticky sweet again with this rather exotic twist from the tequila. Interesting. 260511 madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - SEP 14, 2013

Opaque black beer with a big fluffy tan head. Mild tequila on the snout along with a touch of wood. Palate is soft, airy and semi dry. Sweet tequila turning miore acrid - earthy and vaguely citric. A little lactose and a trace of smoke. Finishes smooth and semi dry. The tequila and dark malts marry up well here.
eep black ... thin tan head ... sweet malt roast ... big chocolate ... licorice nose... deep dark roast ... heavy malts ... lots of chocolate ... big sweeet roast ... soft sweet licorice ... some tobacco and some figs ... not sure i get all id expect from tecilla but i think its added something 4.3
