Bruce’s Birthday Bash at the Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, tiny tan head. Smooth palate with minerally carbonation. Pleasant dark chocolate, mildly sweet. Underneath is well buried and slightly bitter dark fruits. But it’s all about the chocolate here. Nice beer!
Keg at CBC - Clerkenwell, London during Bruce’s 30th Birthday Party. Many thanks to Kenny. Pours murky brown with a light, beige cream head. Rich dark coffee aroma. Medium sweet flavor with dark sugars, coffee, toast, brown sugar, brown bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Faintly syrupy. Keg @ CBC Clerkenwell. The pour’s a slightly hazy muddy brown with a small tan head. The aroma’s bright, sweet coffee creamer. A bit of artificial chocolate, concentrated vanilla. General brown sugar sweetness. The taste is more artificial coffee creamer. Sugar-coated chestnut. Chocolate syrup. Just a very sweet beer, really. Slightly thin profile. Nose is dark malts, toffee, chocolate.
Taste comprises roast malt, chocolate, light coffee notes akin to espresso/tirimasu.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, roast coffee finish.

The taste is caramel, chocolate, lactose, earth, light burnt notes, faitn spice, dryness, wood and leather with a bitter-sweet finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Clear dark brown colour with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, cocio - chocolate. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, cocio - chocolate, milk chocolate, milky, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap @ Beer Temple (as Cocio Bajer). Black color. Beige head, quickly receding. Aroma’s: (milk/sweet) chocolate, cocoa powder, roasted malts. Flavor is rather sweet, chocolate, roasted. Tap @ beer temple. Brown to black pour, yeasty chunks floating all over. Aroma full of chocolate, coffee, caramel, brown sugar and some spices. Flavor is quite sweet and full of coffee. Bit thin body.
