A 330ml bottle with a best before date of 7th April 2017. Poured into a Mikkeller pint glass. It poured a slightly hazy golden orange colour with a two finger foamy white head that had good retention and nice curtain lacing. Aromas of juicy mango, orange and mandarin with only a touch of yuzu. Taste of yuzu finally comes out in the taste along with mandarin, orange and a hint of bready toasty malt. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall its pretty simple, but still very easy to drink, and even better on a hot summer day.

On tap at Cafe Sara, may 16th 2015. Hazy golden body, small white head, Aroma is dry with piney hops and tangerine, taste is quite malty and crisp, with mild yuzu notes, high bitterness, fresh finish. Not as exciting as it might seem.

Interesting. Can;t say Id be great at distinguishing the taste of yuzu but I do get a sour bready mandarine taste. Some bitter with the sour. Somewhere between a pale ale and a saison. Not bad but not really my style.

Hopfiger, angenehm herber Antrunk mit runden interessanten Fruchtnoten. Leicht trocken, etwas bitter, rund. Spritzig, hell wrzig. Dabei steigt die Fruchtigkeit, die mit dem Hopfen fantastisch harmoniert, leicht, ein wenig trocken. Sehr gut! 8/11/12/11/8/12

330ml bottle from Saveur-Biere.fr. Pours hazy orange with a nice white head. Fruity yuzu aroma. Taste is crisp and citric, a good orange yuzu presence with additional grapefruit and tropical fruit. Good early-evening refresher.

Bottle at RBESG, Taphouse CPH, 23/08/15. Lightly hazed golden orange with a moderate off white covering. Nose is yuzu all the way, citric zing, straw, orange pith, mandarin. Taste comprises toasted malt, big yuzu licks, light pine needle, citric tinged straw, lemon jus, orange pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a yuzu rinse. Decent sessioner ... fruit beer? Noop.
