Capped 750 from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours really murky dark brown with some beige bubbles for head. But they try to lace. The aroma is amazing. Citrus, dates, mango. I’m sure there’s a lot more, but I just can’t deal with it. Med body. It’s just slightly sour, a little bit earthy. It’s almost tannic. Raisins. Earthy turns towards barnyard. It does have the feel and some of the sweetness of a liqueur. But also a suggestion of brandy. Citrus. Mango. It’s a little astringent. And it keeps changing with time. Heat is not really noticeable. This is a quad to die for.

750 ml bottle shared.. Apperance: A loudy copperish brown with a foamy off-white head. Aroma: yeast, dark fruit, and spice, with some tropical tones of mango and papaya in the back.. Taste: Very sweet, dark fruits, tropical frtuis, with some yeast and some orange boozy tones. (grand marnier) full-bodied, oily texture, below average carbonation Overall too sweet to be really great. still it fits it’s description well.

Brown with bit ruby, creamy beige head and good lacing. Aroma has warm caramel malt, dessert spices (cinnamon, vanilla), mocca, dried fruits, raisins. Full and soft, sweet, sticky, smooth and chewy, low carbonation, alcohol as warmth more than as flavor, long finish, winey notes. Lots of nuances, balanced, great enjoyable flavors, very well done.

Cool beer - unique, fruity, yeasty and boozy. A little murky, but the flavor profile just really won me over. Baked bread, dark and light fruits.
