On tap at CBC Clerkenwell (where else?) Gold body with medium head. Hoppy nose. Taste is also hoppy, some eggy notes. Creamy texture. Enjoyable. lortsker (332) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 30, 2012
draft @ Craft Beer Co. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma: extremely fruity. Very citrussy, pineapple, passion fruit and mango, some golden syrup as well, a almost candy like fruity sweetness. Later slight cats piss. Mouthfeel is a bit watery. Taste is fresh and crisp with sweet fruity and citrussy flavours. Pineapple, Some tangerine and orange peel as weel. Light grassy notes and slight spruce. Very easy to drink maybe a bit too sweet? On tap at Craft Beer Co., London. Sure to please your lager-obsessed Finnish buddies. Very handsome pour, a vibrant gold with a fine, froth carbonation. Bright and fruity nose initially, but with the promise of a healthy dry and bitter core. That turns out to be the case, in a very lively, sessionable brew that’s got plenty of complexity. Has now lost ’Clerkenwell’ from badge.
Slightly hazy golden blonde with a thin off-white head.
Aroma of hops, citrus and light caramel.
Light tropical fruit in the taste allied to hops, floral tones, mild grapefruit and orange.
Medium bodied and carbonation with a sweetish dry finish.
August 25, 2012 - draught at The Craft Beer Co. Clear slightly brassy refractive oily-looking gold with a solid one finger fizzy white head. Simple aroma, vaguely honey/heather, quite grassy and a hint of APA/IPA citrus bitterness to it, quite refreshing and appealing - not sweet, just fresh smelling. Taste is like a dortmunder (I think) - grassy, slightly acidic bitterness, mild alcohol, mid-level oily cereal grain, again it’s not sweet, but nicely balanced and refreshing - simple, well done. Average body, chewy, solid carbonation, finishes quickly, crisply and completely - no linger or aftertaste at all, an extremely drinkable pale lager, one of the best I’ve ever had - no corn, paper, sugar or harsh notes at all.

Poured, as always at the Craft Beer Co. Golden Straw colored with a finger head that lasts throughout the beer. The nose is fruitier than most lagers and there is also a mild hop presence in the aroma. Tastes crisp a bit fruity and a very nice slightly bitter finish. Palate is light to medium, much fuller than your average lager. Overall this is one of my favorite lagers and one I get most visits to Craft Beer Co. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JUL 31, 2012
