UPDATED: OCT 29, 2017 very old backlog. Watery brown ale with hint of diacetyl. Bad style, not so good beer

Nutty sweet aroma. Malty sweetness balanced with high bitterness, notes of raisins, caramel, nuts. Overall quite intriguing.

Schlammig anmutender Frogger. Das mundet 👌...0,33l Bottle from BEERGIUM.COM. Sale, unter 4€.

Bottle 33 cl.

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Wysoka goryczka, karmelowa słodowość.

Bottle from Beergium. Label reads "If We Took The Bones Out, It Wouldn’t Be Crunchy’. Aroma is mild nutty with caramel malt, cookies, soft hops, touch of resin, toffee. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and bitter. Body is medium, a bit fuller would have been a big advantage. Overall easy and nutty with malts and hops.

Bottle. Sensoric. Deep brown with big, semi-thick, very light brown head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma are moderate nuts, caramel and grapefruit notes, lightly piney. Taste is mixture of semi-sweet and semi-bitter, which makes it nicely balanced. Light body, watery texture, lively carbonation, finish is semi-dry and semi-bitter with touch of fruitiness. In general when you compare it to other brown ales, you can place it in TOP list. Nicely hopped brown ale.

Villyzzz (470) - Espoo, FINLAND - NOV 3, 2016
Bottle at home. Pours dark brown with large beige head. Aroma is fruity hops with subtle malts. Taste has malts, yeast and dried fruits. Nice.
