Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Soooo complex.

Guruhso (1034) - Grindsted, DENMARK - NOV 26, 2016
From backlog. Bottle at Mikkeller bar. Malty. Aroma of roasted, syrup, chocolate, nuts and overiped fruits with notes of oak and calvados-apples. The flavour is heavy sweet and medium bitter with a fairly long duration lingering alcoholic warmth. Full and creamy. Flat carbonation. Complex and interesting. A good one...

Bottle split at Scopesters on melt day, thanks to Kenny bobs, 01/07/15. Pitch black with a moderately appointed dirty tan swirl. Nose is light soy sauce, sweet notes, dark chocolate, spice, woody, dark fruits, toffee. Taste comprises soy sauce, umami, spice, chocolate, toffee fudge, light coffee penetration. Full bodied, fine carbonation, warming alcohol in the close. Decent impy.

Bottle share at Paul’s. Thanks to Ken! Red wax, 12%. Pitch black, no real head. Aroma is toffee, red apple, molasses, some earth. Body is medium, smooth, low carbonation. Taste is sweet chocolatey molasses, meaty and sweet. Not bad. Definitely a big beer to be having when it’s 35°C outside.

Scopey (16277) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 11, 2015
Bottle., big thanks to crazy Kenny for this refresher on a hot day! It pours jet black with a tiny, bubbly tan head. The nose is rich, toasty, gateaux, chocolate, booze, vanilla, fruit cake, sweet apple pie, charred wood, cocoa, rocky road and calvados. The taste is rich roast, charred wood, apple, pear, apple pie, toasty brown sugars, cocoa, warming alcohol and rich roasted malt with a slick, warming finish. Full body, fine carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Rich and decadent. Not the right beer for this weather, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Tropical Croydonia Bottleshare. Opaque dark brown beer, thin dark tan head. Smooth and slightly viscous palate. Very modest fine carbonation. Dark chocolate malts, rich tasting but thin feeling. Mild spicy brandy, just light apple character. Dollop of chocolate fudge. Semi dry finish. Spicy linger. Rich and tasty but somewhat flat.

jackl (8557) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 1, 2015
Wax bottle @ Croydonia. Deep brown with a small head. Smells like raspberry, ink cartridge, and chocolate sludge. Sort of oxidised. Taste is sludgy and fat. Cocoa, chocolate, and toffee. Burnt roasted ashiness. So flabby and thick. Heavy. Not exactly a beer for this heat.

Leighton (22836) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 1, 2015
Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Kenneth. Pours oily black with a faint, creamy tan head. The aroma has a lot of rich dark chocolate, heavy roast, brownies. Big sweet flavor with tons of oily chocolate, some molasses, dark fruits, cherry, raisins. Full bodied, oily no chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish with more gooey dark chocolate, dark fruits, some burnt wood, minimal bitterness. Excellent beer.

anders37 (27667) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JUL 28, 2014
