Bottle. Sharp lemon aroma. Faint yellow in colour with a frothy white head and some lacing. Sour and slightly bitter lemon flavour. Light body and a light bitter finish. Interesting and refreshing.

Lemon sharp nose and overriding flavour. Hazy yellow pour with a large white frothy head that dissipates leaving a good amount of lacing. Sharp, bitter and quite dry. It’s ok, better than you might imagine.

330 ml bottle. Pours a pale straw color with a huge white head. Aroma is lemon with some grape must and light hops. Taste is a light lemon tartness with a light fruity and malty sweetness finishing with a dry hoppy finish.

Vells (1894) - Rīga, LATVIA - JUL 28, 2017
Nice! Weird but inviting aroma, gooseberries, lemon, fresh grass, some watery soap. Light sweetness with light tartness. Light and refreshing.

Melnis (527) - LATVIA - JUL 28, 2017
Aroma: Cucumber, green gooseberry, and lemonish notes. Carbonized, refreshing citrus but bit pale.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish golden colour with huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal-floral, hoppy aroma, tart-ish fruity undertones, hints of sauerkraut, (green) celery, carrot, canned pineapple. Taste is tart, minimally fruity, tangy, hints of lemon juice and sauerkraut, canned pineapple. A bit anaemic.

Nice cloudy yellow, minimal head but good lacing. Great soured lactic nose and flavors, touch of lemon too. Maybe some floral hops but pretty understated, just a good tight "right there" lactic sourness, balanced semi-dry finish. At 2.8% this is fantastic, gimme a keg!

ryanhunter_4 (330) - Strathmore, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 23, 2017
341ml bottle poured at home. Pours extremely light straw colour with a minimal white head. Smells like lemon. Tastes sour with lemony flavour. This was a lot better than I anticipated. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

33cl bottle from Beer52.com. A very pale straw colour with a billowing white head; yeasty aroma with some lemon; tart and refreshing in the mouth with some bitter lemon and an appley body. Clean, crisp and refreshing.
