(on bottle) This is my favorite beer of ´09. Light yellow, hoppy, very fresh hops, almost elderflowerish. Dry, fresh, perky. like liking hopcones and lemonsorbet, whilest drinking summer sun on the beach; it´s a grand summer beer for sure. Alex420 (48) - Rome, ITALY - NOV 9, 2009

Nice and golden. White lasting head. Intense american hop aromas, very citrusy and pungent. Nice Hop bitterness throuout the taste experience. Intense and longlasting. With this thin body the co2 really Plays a part.
Bottle.33cl. God damn it is nice. Fine hazy and with a slight golden color, Good aroma and on the havy side with the hops. Taste is just like, i like it. medium sweetness, medium bitterness, medium body, creamy, bitter, long finish. M’ARCOlizzo (31) - ITALY - JAN 21, 2010
Finale moderatamente amaro e secco caratterizzato dal luppolo. fugitive (2005) - Athens, GREECE - MAY 22, 2010

Pours almost clear golden with a fine, staying, frothy, white head. Nice hoppy aroma, lots of grassy and piney hops. A touch of sweetish wheat. Light carbonation, a tad watery, but nicely dry. Flavour is hoppy, very grassy, very light sweetness. Lovely crispness with a long, lingering hoppy aftertaste. Very lovely for such a low alcochol beer.
Bottle.Hazy yellow colour with large white head.Heavy bitter aroma of hops and greapfruits, well balanced and strong taste by only 3.9% alc.Well done guys. bierkoning (13355) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - JUL 22, 2009
Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Blonde. Citrus and some oily hops in the aroma. Thin, but very tasty. Oily citric earthy hops dominate. Very refreshing top quality ale with a firm citric hopbitter aftertaste. lassem (652) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 22, 2009
Have had this several times - both of the bottle and on draught. First time I tasted it i didnt feel there was much to it...next time it grew and by now I am a fan.
Its so refreshing and is precisely what it says - a summer beer.
It pours a light golden with a nice white top that has a foamy caracter. The nose is pretty hoppy with sweet undertones of citrusfruits. The taste is mild with a pretty sharp bitterness in the finish. The palate is medium with a creamy touch. Taste of hops, soaps, grapefruits and fresh (green) nuts.
This brew is much different from most things ive had before... bring a box and some ice to the park... very drinkable MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 7, 2009
A Mes rate. bottle at home.
Clean gold with a good white head and a decent amount of lace. Good Amarillo dominated nose but with some pleasing bready malt underneath, very slight cardboardy notes let it down but only a touch. Excellent flavour. Tastes just like an English cask ale. Really good bitterness, lots of citrus, just all round bright and breezy. Possibly just a little too much carbonation for this style of beer but the palate still seems to sit just right. Excellent lingering bitter finish. That’s all there is to comment on but it’s just bloody lovely. Could drink lots of this. Way to go Mikkeller.
