Draught at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell on 19 Jun 2012. Poured a hazy, dark golden colour, with a dense white head. Aroma of caramel, tinned fruit and pine needles. Grapefruit hop flavours, with marmalade and toasted malt. Finish was very nicely balanced tropical fruits, toffee and bitter resin. Leighton (21742) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 12, 2012
Keg at the CBC Clerkenwell, London. Pours clear gold with a sturdy, white foam head. Jammy citrus nose, some pine. Big sweet flavor with a smooth hop character, plenty of orange, tangerine, pine. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly resinous to finish, with sticky pine, pears, light anise, ripe citrus. Very drinkable stuff. harrisoni (18967) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - OCT 5, 2012
On tap at Craft Beer Co. Hazy red brown colour lasting thin beige head. Resiny american dipa aroma reminded me of something like hercules. Its got that burnt toffee thong on the aroma. Flavour in the mouth though is stunning. I love the peach apricot rich peach flavour. Still a bit of burnt sugar there. Yes i liked bits mostly the leafy hop but there were some tea like elements that i dont like as i dont like tea. Odd one to score. Has elements i like but not sure i would have another. Tap at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell - 26/09/12.
Murky amber/orange with a bubbly off-white head. Good lacing follows.
Pine and tropical fruits dominate the nose.
Tastes of grapefruit, bitter orange, mango and caramel malts.
Medium bodied with light spritzy carbonation leading to a bitter finish.
One I’d certainly re-visit! Sledutah (7752) - Utah, USA - SEP 5, 2012

Appearance: Hazy golden with a medium sized off-white head and spotty lacing
Aroma: Pine and caramel
Taste: Citrus, caramel and pine resin
Very nice, well balanced for a big beer
Draught at Craft Beer Co. Murky peachy-amber, solid coating frothy biege head. Aroma - tons of resin, citrus zest, alcohol - a big American BW more than DIPA. Taste follows - huge, balanced. Thick and astringent, decent carbonation - long boozy malty finish. Very good. thepegjett (1260) - Cambridge (via Winnipeg), Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - JUN 24, 2012
Lovely citrus and malt. Light sweet with full bitter, very good beer. Shocked it isn’t getting better ratings. madmitch76 (25101) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 23, 2012

Keg at the Craft. Hazy amber beer, little white head. Smooth palate but with a carbonated bite. Nice hops - mellow marmalade, good tropical fruits and a trace of lemon. Crispy sharp finish with a mild bitter aftertaste. Nice beer.
(On keg at the Craft Beer Co, 13/06/12). Hazy amber. Persisting, very fine, white head. Mid carbonation. Typical kegged, sugary, American-style impy IPA aroma, bit dull, hops aren’t full-on, light fruit. Taste - Bit sweet, bit of bitter finish. Quite sugary, bit fruity, some light woody aromas. Maybe bit too sweet.
Quite a full body for IPA. jackl (8271) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 20, 2012
Keg @ CBC. Deep amber color with a big, creamy white head. Attractive beer. A swirl of the glass builds back a big head. The nose is big grapefruit, strawberry, salt, lemon and light honey. The taste is tropical fruit salad. Plenty of graefruit. Syrupy indeed with a big chewy malt base. Full bodied, and you definitely feel the 9%. There’s a slightly medicinal alcohol burn on the finish that I didn’t particularly enjoy. Overall, a well made DIPA, enjoyable.
