Tap sample at Beer Temple, as Solstice Saison. Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is light tart, lemon, light funky, juniper-like fruitiness. Flavour is tart, lemony, light malty, crackers, light floral, nice dry bitter finish. Light-bodied. Need to re-rate, as I drank this after some high ABV beers.
Pours raspberry red, with huge carbonation. Pinkish head.
Aroma is mango, redcurrant, raspberry, dandelion.
Fresh and very bitter. Interesting. Stuu666 (13094) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 16, 2015

Rötlich-bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig, Beeren, hopfig, blumig.
Bottle. Surprising purple pour with a bubbly pink head. Yeasty traits, dark berry fruit character, soapy, lightly perfumey. Not bad.

From the old notes, so this is not a full rating more just a mark to myself that I have tried this one. About the beer: decent red fruity hoppy beer. Beese (2669) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 9, 2014
Bottle from Beers of Europe. Slightly passed its best before. Poured a clear amber colour with a pinkish hue and a tight, light pink head. Delicate aroma of berries, malt and floral hops. Initial flavours of tart fruits, lemongrass, cereal and a slight hint of red wine. Finish was port, dry grain and straw. Fruit was very well balanced in the beer; not too sweet or too tart. Very drinkable. mcberko (17178) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 31, 2013
12 oz. bottle, pours an opaque dark pinkish amber with a small pink-tinted head. Aroma brings out cardboard, oxidized notes, and some berries. Flavour reveals a beer that is definitely past its prime, despite the expiration date being in one week’s time - bringing out flavours of cardboard, soapy notes, and a hint of red fruit. Really not good at this stage. A shame I didn’t have this earlier. rederic (3335) - montréal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 24, 2013
