Defreni (3255) - Husum, DENMARK - DEC 1, 2013
Fad: Orange klar øl med en lækker duft af druer og let brett. masser af eksotisk frugt i duften som går over i smagen. ikke sur på nogen måde men forbandet kompleks og ekstrem drikbar. flot og lækker øl.

Pinball (12167) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 29, 2013
dark orange, smooth light brown head. aroma if exotic fruits, wild yeasts, wood, white wine. flavor of white wine, wood, brett. A litle bit too woody and woody bitter i think, in fact i prefer the unbarrelled version. However, the wine barrel does add more complexity and interesting nuances.

fiulijn (20806) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 19, 2013
Draught at Mikkeller and Friends, Copenhagen
Hazy dark amber color with creamy head. Pedantic Bretty aroma, with some rubber. The body is quite strong, there is still some minimal residual sweetness; it has some Brett character, evident astringency, white grapes, a bit of vinous impression, tannins. Correct bitterness.
Good but messy.

Cunningham (8077) - Halden, NORWAY - NOV 8, 2013

Appearance: Hazy amber color with a frothy tan head that leaves a ok lacing.
Aroma: Sour and funky.
Palate: Medium + body. Moderate sour/acidic and a balanced bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Mild sour and balanced acidic. Brett, fruity and some oak. Dangerously well masked alcohol.
Overall impression: Tasty and lovely with some cheese.
Personal stats: Bottle from a trade with Gunnar.

Zer0 (1224) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - SEP 23, 2013
Bottle at Beertemple Amsterdam. Pours clear copper. Aroma is grapes, creamy, bready and tropical fruits. Taste is medium sweet and light sour. Interesting. Very smooth. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Awesome sour beer on tap at Mikkeller Bar in SF, good wild ale, denmark’s finest

19th January 2013
Almost clear deep amber beer with a big off white head. Palate is light, airy and slightly dry. Mild sourness - not overdone. Mild dry wood. Lovely tangy white wine complements the sourness very well. Touch of brett and seltzer minerals before the dry finish. Well joined up and tasty.

rlgk (18850) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - SEP 14, 2013
Draught at Mikkeller&Friends, Copenhagen. Cloudy amber/brown beer with a small head. Vinous brett aroma, funky, fruity, oranges, citrus, rubber notes, some spices. Vinous flavor, citrus, brett, raisins, strawberries, hay, funky, woody notes, grapes, some floral notes. Some warming alcohol.

BEENJAMIN (290) - Portland, Oregon, USA - SEP 11, 2013
I had this in the dark on a porch in Kansas City Missouri so I have no clue what color it was. The thing I enjoyed most was the choice of barrel. Pear, apple, oak, a touch of booziness and a low carbonation suiting an almost wine like character. Very funky and complex, would love to have again.

Davros (3208) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - SEP 11, 2013
Pours amber with a quickly fading head. Nose shows horsey brett notes, sherbert, woody oak, soft white wine and elderflower. Enticing! Flavours include more funky Brett, elderflower, pear/apple wine notes, woody oak, sweet malt and sherbert. Very interesting stuff. Carbonation could be higher to suit the flavours.
