Thanks for sharing Bill. Pours to a deep orange body with a crisp starch white head that’s frothy and foamy with some pretty nice lacing. The aroma is strong with a sweet candi sugar and a light dry silage. The flavor is sweet and has a significant coriander with some light yeast and minty cinnamon. Honey biscuits.

fidel (1302) - Livermore, California, USA - AUG 2, 2010
Poured hazy amber, floral, stone fruits, funky, bready, wood tannins, little citrus, dry finish.

750ml bottle -

Aroma - truck loads of ripe fruit in the aroma, some spicy grapefruit rearing it’s head, cut roses and alcohol....strange.

Apperance - reddish golden body, thich white head, lacing was decent

Taste - man, this one seems all over the place...mint, corriander, lime zest, yeast, caramel with a twisting, spicy/yeasty finish. Not sure if I was digging this or not. Kinda different the first 1/2 of the pint, but afterwards...no way I could have finished this bottle myself.

Overall - not sure if this was just an experiment, or if they dumped whatever they had left into the boil but it was just alright. I guess calling it a BSA is as good as anything.

Shared by Marcus. Pouis dark hazy amber with a creamy/frothy off-white head. Aromas of perfume and flowers. Medium body minus with light carbonation. Flavor is mild funk with a lot of light stone fruit. Finishes fairly bitter. Nice.

marcus (10222) - Sacramento, California, USA - JUL 7, 2010
Pours copper with a decent beige head and an easter candy aroma. The flavor is not quite as funky as the name would indicate, but enough so, as with many of the De Proef brews. There is a substantial caramel malt base with some spices and a dry bitter peppery finish.

dtborelli (322) - Sacramento, California, USA - JUN 30, 2010
Mikkeller Funky Easter Pours Amber with a medium white head and good retention. Aroma of citrus fruits, some yeast, a tinge of alcohol and a slight resiny smell. Flavor is peachy with a tart somewhat dry finish. Slight bitterness with good bubbles. Refreshing like iced tea.

Ratman197 (14830) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JUN 18, 2010

750 ml bottle shared by Enniskillen. Nose is light maple, malty, with some floral accents and a bit of yeast. Lightly hazy amber with a medium beige head. Flavor is lightly sweet, caramel, and a bit of bitter at the end.
