daje (4341) - NORWAY - MAY 7, 2017
Bottle shared with Esp0r and simonsen at the Beer & Boardgames in the woods trip 2016. Black body with a small head. Roasty aroma with chocolate, oak, alcohol, spicy edge. Taste is sweet and boozy with a solid coffee and chocolate dominance, mild wood notes, licorice. Long lasting sweet roasted aftertaste. Very nice!

Jet black pour, very thick looking. Thin espresso head on top. Aroma of a barrel right off the bat, tequila for sure, and some roast. Full bodied. Lots of umami, almost miso like. Lingering bitterness. No lace present.

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Słodkie, z delikatnymi, kwaskowatymi i dębinowymi wtrętami od beczki. Wyśmienite.

Werckmeister (3131) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - APR 11, 2017
0,33l bottle at home. BB 23.05.2024. black color, very small dark coffee-colored head. smells of liqueur, licorice, spices, peppery, some soy sauce, nutty, marzipan, wood, very nice smell. full body, very soft carbonation, very soft nice creamy mouthfeel. tastes of coconut, light booze, wood, marzipan, nutty, light sweetness, chocolate, milk chocolate, rich cocoa, almost bourbon like notes, some soy sauce. finishes lightly boozy with notes of soy sauce, cocoa and some wood. very nice one, I usually dont like so boozy beers, but this one is very drinkable, alcohol very well hidden. Gets just a tad boozy once it warms up, but overall very very nice beer. very smooth beer.

weark (793) - Morges, SWITZERLAND - DEC 9, 2016

Lore (2671) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 27, 2016
deep dark brown colour, half inch dense brown head; aroma of heavy roasted coffee, intensive alcohol, hints of vanilla, woody notes and ash; taste is the same with some dried plum and sour cherry; really good, but would be much better with a bit less alcohol...
