33cl bottle at home . Pitch black pour, thick and oily, with a medium height espresso head. Notes of roasted malts, smoke, cherries, light peat, toffee, molasses, dark chocolate, cocoa and a hint of sour dark fruit. Very smooth texture, light carbonation, full body and a roasty bitter-sweet finish. Up there with the best plain imperial stouts, for me. Bacterial (3051) - Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA - OCT 8, 2016
Thick dark black pour with a slight tan head at Mikkeller Bar in SF. Big malty boozy bomb, but with some nice hop character and some bitterness trying to ooze through the oil. Decadent. Desverger (12915) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 17, 2016
Bottle from Toft Vin, Copenhagen - black pour with a tan head. Roasted and sweet malty aroma and taste with some great charred smokey burnt notes, some cocoa and caramel sweetness coming in, liqourice, light subtle vanilla essence running through this into the finish. Very nice. DenverLogan (1264) - North Bend, Washington, USA - AUG 15, 2016

UPDATED: JUL 4, 2016 Extrem dickes, öliges Imperial Stout.Erdig, malzig, schokoladig, Kaffee. Auch viel Lakritze im Geschmack. Viele Röstaromen. Alkohol trotz der 12% nicht übermäßig zu schmecken. Sehr gut. VDuquerroux (1864) - Airvault, Haut-Poitou, FRANCE - MAY 4, 2016

Medium sweet, round, light warming background ; nice balance with medium dry bitterness. Elegant body, light creamy texture, flat, bitter>sweet chocolate woody warming lasting finish. Overall, truely delicious beer !!! Average look, intense complex characters ; great story ; good palate ; would have loved more texture. glennmastrange (2921) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - MAY 3, 2016
Bottle. Heavy dark chocolate, molasses, and toasted for the malt, moderate aromas of resin and herbs for the hops, and earth for the yeast, with notes of burnt, vanilla and licorice. Head is small, wispy, brown, with a ring of lacing and good legs and is almost fully diminishing. Color is black. Flavor starts moderately sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes moderately sweetand harshly bitter. Palate is full, syrupy with a soft carbonation and a sticky and lightly alcoholic finish.
16 Super thick, super rich Imperial Stout, which hides the 12.12% well. Nice to sip it like Fernet Branca.
