The beer pours with stately and pristine beauty to the glass. A lightly hazed and pastel lemon straw color with a crown of pillowy white foam that is slow to fall and clings to the glass leaving plenty of lace.

Nose is airy. The wheat is golden and subtly sweet grain. A bit of yeast that is powdery and silken on the nose. Instead of funky its more of a light dry scent and the brett is as light as a feather. There is a brilliant hop floral on this nose. Rose petals. For fruit a delicious ripe peach.

Taste is refined and demure. These flavors are all perfectly balanced and mysteriously complex. For an IPA that is rare. The malt is soft and gently sweet. The hops have the lightness of fresh rose petals. The yeast is demure and a bit sultry. The bitter on this one is perfection. Its also gentle and somehow proper. The mouthfeel is creamy.

Rather than run roughshod over your palate like so many of todays IPAs this one is exquisite. It has polish and elegance. Its a like a pretty bird that you have to stand far away to see or you might scare it away.

One of the best beers I have ever had. Cheers!

Slightly greenish cloudy ochre with film of foam on top. Aroma is tropical fruity, lemon, mango and just bit spices. Bitter and fruity flavor, light body, good carbonation, long finish. Tasty and easy to drink, hoppy.

oversized cap, imported by shelton bros so assuming this beer, not an american IPA in my opinion not enough hops here to warrant the consideration though brewer intent sure. Notes of dank hops but not a real presence in the taste, a nice mild brett profile with tang of sour but not enough, easy finish.

Fľaa. Vňa veľmi zvltna, pre mňa plne nov vňe, ale prjemn. Pena jemne naltl. V chuti pivo prekvapujce, ovocn, jemne kyselkav, ale veľmi osvieujce. Vedel by som vypiť niekoľko pv.

Not bad. Im unsure of the value of aging an IPA, and further with Brett. As a sour its a bit above average, but theres nothing here reminiscent of its pale ale roots.

Bottle, shared during our epic night at MicroBar in Reykjavik, with Arnie and Stein. Bright hazy yellow body with a creamy, non-stop head. Beautiful wheat and hop and funk marriage, fresh pineapple, gooseberry, a little cat pee even. Insanely drinkable! Like a hopfenweisse mmmmmmm!

Pilsnerfrgad med mellanstort ljust skum. Genomskinlig och doftar lite vete och citrus och brettanomyc och urin!?? Smakar vetel, friskt av citrus och jst!
