375 ml bottle. Almost clear deep golden body with a small off-white head. Very nice and refreshing aroma, citric fruit, white wine, funk and some wood. Flavor is sweet malty, fruity, pleasant Brett, nice bitterness and some white vine with hint of acidity. Fine body and good, strong aftertaste. A really nice one this.

Bue en bouteille de 33cl. Grosse amertume et grosse acidité en bouche. Trop pour moi en tout cas. Finale plus florale et sur l’herbe. Pour les fans de houblonnage intense.

Dark amber color, beighe head. nose: hoppy, bit fruity. taste: hops hops hops, malt, floral. bitter, dry, long finish, well balanced. Great IPA, pretty straight forward, but does the trick for me.

Odeur de houblon et fruits acides (ananas), boisé. En bouche, d’abord subtile, puis subitement sour. Houblonné et floral, finale douce-amère de pomme verte. Bien équilibré,

Bottle from Viti, Vancouver; bb 09/07/15
Hazy dark amber color with compact head. Strong Brett aroma, but also some caramel, and moldy cellar: lightly vinous, and with traces of mushrooms; very nice. Highly carbonated; strong flavor of Brett and caramel, strong bitterness too; the yeast combines with the hop into some sort of bitter orange peel, and there is also some hop resin; a bit astringent in the final.
Not the easiest beer to drink, but interesting, in small quantities.

manuelMTL (248) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 31, 2014
Clear amber color with a quickly dissipating head. Aroma is funky, fruity, citrus, fresh bread, cloves. Taste is complex with lots of fruity flavours, pears, oak barrel, lots of funk, tart. Dry with a long lasting light bitterness in the end. Hidden alcoholic flavours. Mouthfeel is thick. Medium carbonation. Great, extraordinary beer.

3.4
Lagerboy (2221) - British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 23, 2014
375 ml bottle. Opaque muddy orange brown, tan foam settles and mostly lasts. Vinous sour funky aroma. Taste is lightly bitter, tart citric white wine, funky yeasty brett, herbs and earth. Average carbonation, medium bodied, moderately hopped. Tasty! NFL (Not For Lagerboys)
