Mikkeller’s tribute to the green gold.

Pours amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is fresh, flowers, citrus, some bitter notes, spring water, some dry notes. Taste is citrus, floral, spring water, refreshing, early summer freshness, tropical fruits. Very refreshing beer!

Served in a glass at first hotel Stockholm. Color is copper and haze with a small white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity. Taste is also fruity and hops. Aftertaste is nice a little bitter aftertaste but not to much. Overall a nice beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

NOTE: This may be the wrong place for this review. The beer I've poured is from a bottle that says Green Gold made in Israel for Mikkeller by Alexander Beer. 330ml bottle in Jerusalem, best before date stamp 02.01.2018. Pours golden out of the bottle and settles a clear dark amber in the glass with a few particulates floating around and a two-finger head that loudly dissipates almost completely and leaves minimal lacing. (3/5) Aroma is hoppy -- rich mango and dried papaya, dank overripe plum, silan, red grape, with a subtler yeasty fresh-dough layer. (8/10) Taste is astonishingly bland -- exceedingly watered down fruit juice. (2/10) Beer is of medium body with average carbonation. (3/5) Overall a shocking disappointment as there's hardly any taste. (2/20)

Easy drinking. Aroma is piny and a touch citrus. Pours a hazy golden. The taste is piney and dry with medium hoppyness.

Good fruity hoppy experience. Lots of taste in this citrus bomb on your tounge.

330ml Bottle: Pours a hazy amber with thick off-white head that retains well. Lacing. Floral aromas, as well as big pine notes from the hops as well as caramel from the malt. Flavours of pine, grapefruit and geranium as well as a some caramel from the malt. Big bitterness, medium bodied and medium carbonation. Overall a great IPA!
