The aroma is wonderful! Very hop aromatic with sweet hints of tropical fruits and flowers. The taste is fruity and malty with a slightly dry hop bitterness. The aftertaste has some bitter notes of grapefruit, which complements the malt taste very well. This is a very good and nice IPA, which I want to drink a lot of! fugitive (2045) - Athens, GREECE - AUG 17, 2011
Bottle. Color dark orange with medium head. Aroma sweet, malt, hop, fresh. Taste hop, bitter, grapefruit, floral. DuffMan (10665) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 16, 2011
Bottle, given to me by Jeff. Dark orange pour, light orange-gold thick head. Aroma is sweet malt and that characteristically vague fruit quality I always struggle to describe with Amarillo hops. There is citrus here too, but it is secondary to this other soft, ripe fruit note. A malt-forward IPA (which is always fine by me), with a sweeter profile. Delicious. Bottle @ JohnMurdoch. Hazy dark orange colour, tan head. Nose is grapefruit, wood, leaves. Flavour is grapefruit, wood, bitter and creamy. Fairly bitter finish. Well balanced and good drinkable. jeff789 (1423) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 15, 2011
Hazy brownish amber, white small head, with nice lacing... definitely has a european flair and not american noticeable in the body, very creamy... rough mouthfeel, medium full body... hops are there but muddled by the creaminess of the body.. not crazy pungent like american ipas...

330ml bottle. Heaven in a glass. Big thick and dense tan head. Rich amber almost copper colour and that big punchy floral and citrus hop aroma. Flavour is equal to the aroma and sits in the mouth. TracksideBeer (37) - Medicine Hat, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 13, 2011
Pours a cloudy orange with a quickly fading minimal head. Leaves a nice lace pattern when swirled. Might be remnants of the last beer I had, oops. Immediately get grapefruit, floral, and pine/spruce notes on the nose. The floral grapefruit definitely comes though in the taste and the hops don’t punch me in the face. I like that. patricks110 (2659) - Alberta, CANADA - AUG 13, 2011
This is a fantastic IPA. The pour is a hazy amber orange with a thick two finger yellowish head. Some carbonation and a densely packed creamy thick head. The aroma is surprisingly malty with a good amount of toffee and toasty bread. The nose is hop forward with a sweet floral grapefruit hop. Beautiful middle with tons of sweetness with a light honey note. Complements the sweet toffee malts and floral hops. Incredibly well balanced for such a malty beer. The mouthfeel is rather thin for an ipa. Very puzzling. pintbypint (3831) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 12, 2011
330ml brown bottle. pours out a deep golden colour, slightly unclear. Huge off white head is fluffy, and pillowy and will not die. Lots of clinging thick foam. Nose is floral, some pineapple-y fruit, and big citrus (assorted peels and flesh of oranges and grapefruit). Flavour is all about hops, up front sharp grapefruit, pine, some spiciness. Background carmel malt sweetness, mild fruitiness. Finishes piney and grapefruity, long finish. Medium body, medium carbonation. Solid. JohnRMurdoch (5049) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - AUG 12, 2011
Bottle from Mybrewerytap. Spicy hoppy aroma. Medium brown colour, good head. Woody grapefruit hop aroma. Well balanced & refined.
