3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sligthly hazy amber color, mediumsized white head. Fresh, green, fruity aroma: orange peel, tangerine, citrus, tropical fruit, with some cookies and caramel behind the hops. Flavour is almost like the aroma, but with some grassy and flowery notes together with tangarine and tropical fruit. Balanced, soft bitterness. Average carbonation, mediumbodied.
Tap @ Bakken 20170801. Fruity, hoppy and caramely, grapefruits and pine needles, medium body with an oily texture. The finish is bitter, hoppy and caramely. TChrome (1480) - North Richland Hills, Texas, USA - JUL 31, 2017
Beer pours cloudy orange/gold color with a massive off white colored head that is totally retained. Aroma is hoppy with citrus and resinous notes. Taste is intensely bitter. Body is full. Texture is a bit oily. Carbonation is lively and finish is bitter and long. This is quite a nice IPA. I would like to try it at the source sometime. luser2000 (190) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUL 31, 2017
Markáns, de nem tolakodó fozet. Ajánlható a kezdo IPA kedveloknek, a stílus majdnem összes jellegzetessége kiérezheto belole (azonban ehhez nagyon kell figyelni a megfelelo hofokra). (Elso Mikkeller csapfoglalás alkalmával a Jónásban, csapról). rougeau13 (3079) - Richmond, Texas, USA - JUL 18, 2017

A: Dark, opaque amber with a small white head
N: Pine needles, orange peel, guava and pineapple
T: Heaps of bitterness that grips the tongue. Dank tree bark, immense amounts of orange zest, with a hint of lemon.
O: Great IPA, with the strong flavours in perfect balance.

Medium creamy white head. Cloudy amber pour. Lovely bitterness. kevinator (2268) - The Colony, Texas, USA - JUN 11, 2017
Great IPA. Strong piney and earthy aroma. Nice copper color with a good white foamy head. Full body and medium weight. Just enough carbonation. Their beers are always well-balanced and this did the same with strong bitterness throughout and a honey malt undertone. jinroh (1691) - ESTONIA - JUN 9, 2017
Pours kind of dirty brownish, light brown, not really orange. Aroma is at first bit metallic, when it stays in the glass longer, it gets a bit better, citrus and hop resins are coming out. Some fruit sweetness there as well. Tastes a bit messy. Yes, hops are there, bitterness is strong and you can feel resins, pine needles, whatever you need to feel - but it does not feel balanced, it’s not light and it could be better. Was hoping something better to be honest, maybe not a perfect can but well, all Mikkeller cans can’t be bad. tomer (3564) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - JUN 8, 2017
Draught, small to medium creamy head, quite clwar orange to gold color, fruity aroma with herbs and a piney hint, fruity malty flavor, with just a jint of something buttery and a medium shrubby bitterness that becomes stronger and dominating, quite sweet just a bit too much. Nice and solid.
