UPDATED: DEC 10, 2017 Caňa en V Artbeerfest Caminha 14..07..2017. (r54). Buena.

500ml can from Mikkeller Beer Club. Easy going, slightly tart and wheaty yeasty berliner weisse with some mango notes. Okay, quite balanced.

Tap at Dutch Trading Co - wow - the nose didn’t prepare me for the explosion of mango taste - it’s 30 degC outside so this is a brilliant thirst quencher - nice sour edge made me salivate after swallowing - perfect for our Aussie summer - I guess the purists will think it’s too fruit-juicy but I think it’s a bloody great drink.

From tap at Bøker & Børst with HF 06.11.17. Pale golden. Aroma and taste of lactic acid, acidity and mango. Dry mouthfeel.

Aroma is wheat and sweet fruit/mangoes. The flavor is fruit/mangoes, wheat/malts, relatively mild salt/minerals and a tart/sweetish finish.

500 ml can into tulip glass, best before 6/1/2018. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy pale straw/yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lightly tart lemon, lime, mango, melon, peach, pear, red apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of pepper, hay, straw, grass, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, mangos, and pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lightly tart lemon, lime, mango, melon, peach, pear, red apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of pepper, hay, straw, grass, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of lightly tart lemon, lime, mango, melon, peach, pear, red apple, white grape, wheat, cracker, white bread, pepper, hay, straw, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, mangos, and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/spiciness balance, and zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from tang/tartness and yeast spiciness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly acidic/sticky/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3.7%. Overall this is a nice fruited Berliner weisse. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, mangos, and pale malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with mellowly tart/tangy/drying finish. This wasn't as lactic as I was hoping for; but it had well rounded lacto/yeast complexity, with balanced mangos and pale/wheat malts. A nicely enjoyable offering, and good style example.

Pours a large white, fluffy head. Very pale yellow and gets more hazy on last pour from can. Lots of frothy drape. Light body and very dry. Vinous, some mango sweetness that dries out quickly, cider notes, lemon and popcorn. Mango is subtle and tastes like half cider. Smells like cider. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Not my favorite in the series. Sweet and sour, with a weird off gritty dry finish. Appearance is very berliner, quite pale, fluffy head. Soft lemony nose. Medium mouthfeel, mild taste, then lots of sour which recedes quickly into the sawdust.

07.11.2017, 0,5l can @ hotel room in Odda:
Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry mineraly, hay, paper, weeds, popcorn, grass, sawdust, grain, hints of sulfur. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, paper, soda powder, hay, minerals, grass, citrus acid, fruit salt, fruit stones, sawdust, grain. Medium bitterness, slightly watery sour-ish mouthfeel. Meh!

Whole Foods probably: pours pale yellow with white head. Aroma is hints of mango but mostly berliner funk. Taste is somewhat sour with hints of mango. Fruitiness is definitely not overdone.
