Can - soft peach flavour - mildly sour - very pleasant easy drinking - very good. JStax (7455) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - SEP 5, 2016
Pint can. The beer is a hazy yellow with a big head of white foam. The aroma has notes of fresh cut peaches. At first the beer is only moderately sour, but as I drink, it gets more puckering and the fruit gets a little lost while the doughy aspect of the wheat comes out. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Really enjoyable. superspak (6504) - Waterford, Michigan, USA - AUG 18, 2016
16 ounce can into tulip glass, best before 3/30/2017. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy pale straw color with a 2 finger dense and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Dense soapy lacing clings around the glass. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of tart lemon, peach, green apple, pear, white grape, peach skin, light pepper, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, peaches, and light pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of tart lemon, peach, green apple, pear, white grape, peach skin, light pepper, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Moderate fruity/acidic tartness and light yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, peach, green apple, pear, white grape, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, peaches, and light pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, crisp, dry, moderately acidic, and lightly creamy/grainy balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3.7%. Overall this is a damn nice Berliner weisse. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, peaches, and light pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and highly refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering. 500 ml can, best before date of 30/03/17 printed on the bottom of the can. Served in a chalice, the beer pours a hazy straw gold color with about an inch and a half frothy white head that stuck around for a long time. There’s also a lot of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like tart lemon, peaches, wheat/grainy malt, and some white grapes. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some green apples and earthiness. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it’s well carbonated but easy enough to drink. I think it’s an enjoyable brew, definitely worth picking up if you haven’t had it before. $4.49 a can.

Can. While hiking through some wooded area. Pours a pale yellow with a medium white head that leaves good lacing. Nose is of fruit yogurt with some light sulfur. Taste is gently tart and reinforces the fruity yogurt impressions with lactic peaches, both candies and real. Body is light, carbonation moderately high and it is just so refreshing and clean. Nice and crushable, I could drink a lot of that! czar (9802) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 7, 2016
can shared with the missus. slightly hazy very pale yellow pour, gold tint, with a frothy and creamy white head, creamy lacing as well. lots of kombucha character, some lemon yogurt, very floral - jasmine flowers and other subtle aromas; green straberries, white peach meat - low-fi peach fragrance; integrated citrusy hops; light on-the-spot acidity - mainly but not only lactic it seems; fresh cilantro and salt. bright to moderate carbonation, light body - thin; dry, tart and crisp salty-herbal-citrusy finish. like a really nice floral kombucha - a quite fruity berliner without disturbingly fragrant peaches. much enjoyed! explosivedog (2007) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - NOV 24, 2017
