   AROMA 5/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 5/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 9/20
igniztion (313) - Kristiansand, - OCT 21, 2011
Bottle 330ml courtesy of Meilby. Pours cloudy amber with offwhite head. Aroma mostly caramel from the malt, some slight notes of pine. Taste is light sweet, very bitter. Medium body, thin, average carbonation.

kraddel (8349) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - APR 15, 2016
Drank side by side with the 19 other variants of the serie. I would like to note up front that - since these beer’s are no longer in production, they were not fresh. this rating should thus be viewed with that in mind, and can shed a light on the ’ageing’ differences the variants. They were probably better fresh... Pours rather clear, dark amber, small white foam. Smell is dusty, bit sweet, no bitterness. Taste is sharp, very weak, more carbo than the others as well. No bitterness, nor aroma left.

andrepintado (3487) - Lisbon, PORTUGAL - SEP 27, 2015
33cl bottle from 3er tiempo online, Spain. Color is dark gold. Head is thin. Medium high bitter. Flavour is hoppy, woody, resin, malty.

rouhlas (3628) - GREECE - AUG 29, 2015
330 ml bottle at home. Almost clear orange color with off white head. Hoppy and malty aroma, citrusdy fruity, pine, grassy, caramel. Sweet and bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

MarkoNm (2798) - Novo mesto, SLOVENIA - MAR 28, 2015
Pours almost clear amber color, topped with lots of beige colored and lasting head. Some small particles flowing around. Mild fruity aroma, hoppy with some herbal notes. Taste starts staright with hoppy bitterness, some biscuity notes way later on and herbal in teh aftertaste. Nice, drinkable, bitter.

SinH4 (4955) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - NOV 28, 2014
As goes for all the Hop Series beers I’ve tasted: the bottles were probably quite old, best before of April/May 2015, so some of the hop characteristics might have already gone away. Nice orange color with big head (darkness varied a bit). Bravo had grapefruit and tangerines. Warming. Very spicy bitter on the tongue. Very good!

RichTheVillan (7935) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - AUG 8, 2014
Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear copper pour with a frothy off white head, caramel and pine aroma, taste has pine, grapefruit, toffee, malt.

MalcolmTucker (924) - SCOTLAND - JUL 25, 2014
Bottle. Vegetable and resin aroma. Biscuit, resin and more veg in the flavour. Not a big fan of this hop.

Boutip (6397) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 14, 2014
Bottle: Poured a dirty cloudy amber color ale with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dusty dank hops with light fruity notes and some biscuit malt notes. Taste is dominated by dank musty hoppy notes with light fruity notes and some biscuit malt. Body is full with good carbonation. Why do retailer keep overpriced IPA which don’t move with no freaking bottling date.

Burgers (344) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 11, 2014
Hazy, reddish, good head, full of sediment. Nose mainly of yeast and grains. Taste medium bitter. Not their best.

osu97gp (678) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 6, 2014
Pours a cloudy orange brown with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma of bread, caramel and earthy hops. Flavor of caramel malt, earthy hops and spices. Pretty good.
