11.2oz bottle poured into a tulip. Pours a lightly hazy dark orange with about 2 fingers of off-white head. Aroma of spicy herbal and citrus hops. Taste is medium bitter and light sweet. Spicy herbal citrus hops with a little bit of caramel. Medium bodied with a lightly sticky texture. Lively carbonation and a pretty long finish. Overall, very good. I would gladly drink this again. 330mL bottle generously sent across the pond by stobbe74. The bottle pours copper with gold edges and a bit hazy when the yeasty sediment is involved. The hop laden liquid supports a near white sort of head. This is one of the variants I’ve been looking forward to trying. I tend to really dig Cascade hops. The aroma is nice and spicy, just what I like, and is very thinly rimmed with notes of lemon and lesser amounts of other various bitter citrus fruit. The taste is full chewy yummy spicy hops with microscopic thin rings of citrus and floral. Into the finish I get a bit growing bitterness. Love me some spicy hops. madsenbryg (371) - Holstebro, DENMARK - MAY 15, 2011

UPDATED: AUG 6, 2011 Bottle @ bottlecraft. Somewhat tame, balanced cascade hop nose. Lacey head atop slightly hazed orange. Lucious body carrying superbly balanced hop flavors with the perfect amount of malt sweetness behind it to really push out the plump juicy flavors of the hop. Wow, I’m actually quite impressed with this one..amazing balance and concentration of hop flavor...not overly bitter at all. Nice.

Orangy pour, fluffy white head. Sweet alcohol aroma, piney hops, yeasty. Flavor is lightly bitter, somewhat malty, piney. n0mel (251) - FINLAND - OCT 2, 2012
Bottle. Clear amber color. The head is almost white (a wee bit of brown) and settles quickly. The aroma doesn’t tell me much. It’s not very strong one way or the other. The flavor is what I expect from a single hop IPA, but there is a distinct sweetness in this one. I like it. The aftertaste is clearly different from a regular IPA; it’s a one-sided, sharp bitterness, what I would most closely compare to that left by a grapefruit. Not a pleasant sensation in itself, but as the finish of a sip of this beer it works out fine. Smooth on the palate. Overall, this was a refreshing IPA which I enjoyed. I could not identify Cascade hops in a blind tasting after this one, though! Benzai (16993) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - FEB 24, 2013
33cl bottle @ home. Hazy orange color, medium sized, creamy, fairly long lasting, fair lacing white to off - white head. Aroma of malts, citrus, oranges, hops, grapefruit. Taste malts, hops, grapefruit, bitter, fruity. Medium body and carbonation. I very much like this. A clean IPA, nothing outrageous, good balance. Lovely.
