Bottle from Ledgers. Pours clear copper with a 2 finger creamy light beige head. Aroma is bready with peppery hop. Med body. Foamy carb. Flavor is earthy, lightly malty, and peppery/grassy. Bottle at the Mikkeller Single Hop Series tasting at the Kernel Brewery. It pours clear amber, with a thick off-white head and moderate carbonation. The nose is sweet orange, sticky pineapple, dust and pine. The taste is white grape, weak orange, lemon and lime, bread hay and grass, with a bitter-sweet finish.
