Dark amber with a thick white head on tap at the map room. Slight hoppy watery and fruity aroma. Slightly sour, astonishing lemon finish. Not your average IPA, very nicely built. mkel07 (5978) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - MAR 26, 2013
330ml bottle from Warners at the Bay Bottle Shop. Yet another in the line up of great beers from Mikkeller. Strong in the mouth with great flavour and aroma. Big bold and ballsy. davidm (2080) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - JAN 17, 2013
On tap at Atticus Finch. Very well balanced. Aromas of caramel and grass. Taste has a sweet start, with bitterness taking over for a long finish. Palate is almost creamy, and full bodied. Amber, with a frothy head. Ibrew2or3 (8614) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - OCT 10, 2011
330mL bottle generously sent across the pond by stobbe74. The bottle pours copper with gold edges and a bit hazy when the yeasty sediment is involved. The hop laden liquid supports a near white sort of head. Another much anticipated variant as I am finding myself a whore for bold chewy spicy hoppy goodness. The aroma is full up yummy spicy hops to go along with much lesser amounts of dank wet earthiness and some floral. The taste is pure spicy hop love with chewy yummy spicy hops that beam with flavor and bitterness. This spicy hoppiness is lightly supported by a bit of floral and citrus. Yum! wlajwl (6811) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - FEB 9, 2012
Aroma is pine, grapefruit, citrus and a quality that I can only describe as juicy. The flavor is juicy, kind of a mix of apple and tropical fruit, along with a long bitter hop finish. Although it wasn’t a wet hop IPA, it had some characteristics of one.

From a 330ml bottle on 26/9/2012. Pours a cloudy, dark orange with a biggish head which disappears quickly.Has a beautiful floral, fruity, hoppy aroma with some honey, caramel and brown sugar. In the mouth, sweet orange and lemon are prominent, along with some light caramel malt, honey and grapefruit. The bitterness is, as expected, on the high side, and very satisfying. The body is a little syrupy and the carbonation a bit higher than normal for an IPA. All in all, a beautifully balanced brew. zacgillbanks (5180) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - OCT 19, 2013
Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. This orange-amber beer has rich orange marmalade and burnt caramel flavours a creamy mouthfeel and pine on the finish. Excellent! simonblaine (576) - Alberta, CANADA - JAN 2, 2014
Pours copper orangey with a decent head. Aroma if malt, berries, citrus, wheat. Taste is like a mix of every beer you can imagine in small quantities. A little wheat, a little malt, a little sweet, a lot delicious.
