Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Cloudy pale amber, small head. Perfumy floral nose. Mid sweet with lean mouthfeel and medium body. Interesting buttery perfumy hops. Long bitter finish. Decidedly one of the better in the series. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 4, 2011
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a clear golden with a lacing off-white head. Lovely, amazing coconut aroma - Sorachi Ace is so distinct. Medium body, some fruitiness but the amazingly complex Sorachi Ace overpowers everything and leaves a tough biterness. I can’t help it, but I’m totally in love with this hop. 040511 madmitch76 (24791) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JAN 14, 2013

Hazy amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Semi soft and semi dry palate. Minerals. Lactose and lemon citrus. More cream towards the finish which has a minerally carbonated bite. Slight bitter aftertaste. Nice IPA!
