12oz bottle from the Party Source in Cincy/Kentucky. Brown pour with off-white head and visible floaties. Aroma of herbal, citrus, spice, grass. Tastes are bittersweet, red fruit, caramel, herbal, yeasty. Not sure I’m getting what I should out of this single hops. Would probably have to do them side by side and even then. Generally, decent to sip on. SinH4 (6552) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - NOV 28, 2014
As goes for all the Hop Series beers I’ve tasted: the bottles were probably quite old, best before of April/May 2015, so some of the hop characteristics might have already gone away. Nice orange color with big head (darkness varied a bit). Fresh and light smell. More ananas, just like galena. Cellar smell. A bit bretty? Maybe this bottle was infected. Anyway, bready-bitter malt taste, but a different bitterness than most other hops. More tangy. slowrunner77 (13171) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 29, 2014

Bottled, and probably quite old. Hazy amber color. Decent head, mediocre retetion. Some earthyness and caramel upfront. Quite bitter towards the end, stays for some time. Dogbrick (14287) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - SEP 5, 2014
Pours a cloudy dark amber color with a lively pour and a thick foamy off-white head that burns away gradually. Patchy lacing. Aroma of grainy malt, fruit and hops. Medium body with flavors of grainy malt, dark fruit and earthy hops. The finish is fruity with a short hoppy aftertaste. I assume this bottle is older despite being bought recently, but it is tough to blame the store and not the brewer for not providing dating. Decent overall.

0.33 l bottle, thanks hanniku! Dark amber color. Aromas of raisiny caramel, toffee, black currant leaves and menthol. Taste of toffee, raisins, caramel, menthol and black currant leaves. Full body. Fairly similar to Hop Series Galena, just more menthol and black currant. Desverger (13667) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 31, 2014
Bottle (BB 04/14) from BarleyWine, CPH - amber pour with medium off-white head. Aroma and taste is sweet fruity and malty, spicy hop bite and medley of citrus and tropical fruits on the palate, caramel malty, with nice mouhfeel. Very good. JohnRMurdoch (5142) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - MAY 20, 2014
330ml bottle from Valhalla’s Goat. Hazy reddish amber brown, good foamy head. Spicy woody resin grain hop aroma. Dry soapy lemon biscuit hop flavour. Bitter hoppy aftertaste. Good but not outstanding member of the single hop series. rdixon77 (3106) - Georgia, USA - MAR 28, 2014
Hazy orange brown with a ton of sediment and a little ring. Big caramel malts in the nose. Taste is caramel and resinous. Big bitter after, fairly sweet and dry. Okay. Maybe a bit past prime. rumproasts (6052) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - MAR 4, 2014
bottle. Deep amber with one finger head. Sweet malty body. Similar to the Galena with quite a bit of citrus, but a little more bitterness.
